    Cognitive Memory Skills Training

    in Psychology

A weekly broadcast about how our mind works when it comes to remembering information and the tools to enhance your recall ability. These memory techniques can be used by everyone that want to learn how to make your mental acuity sharper. I will take twenty years of memory training instruction and mind/body research to help individuals combat or reverse the Mild Cognitive Impairments that all suffer from due to age associated memory loss. I will talk about how the alignment of concious/subconcious learning will improve your everyday recall ability to reduce the stress in your life. As a training psychologist, I will share how working with many of the fortune 500 corporations, small businesses, professionals, scientist at NASA and individuals in the general public can help you, too, by following my mnemonic tools to improve yourself mentally. I train using the new paradigm of experiential learning methods and positive psychology to create more accurate pictures in your mind and develop mental fie structures to hold the information, names, scripts, product knowledge or any data you would like to have at your mental fingertips.

The mindful-based stress reduction, soft skills I train with, has helped people with normal memory loss frustrations, ADD, ADHD, closed brain injuries, strokes, dsylexia and other handicaps or mental impairment. You all have the ability to do this since we all have this innate ability lying dormant in our mind and just need to learn how to turn the switch on!

Simplicity Radio with Brian Treybig Discuss Cellular Memory

Cellular memory is a theory that states the brain is not the only organ that stores memories or personality traits, that memory as a process can form in other systems in the body and can be stored in organs such as the heart. This theory is not new. So, if I get a kidney from a psychopath, will I inherit those traits? This and more on Simplicity.

Simplifying your world with your host Brian Treybig.  We bring you helpful topics, free tarot readings, psychic experiments and special guests weeknights at 9pm central.  Call in to speak with the host 646-478-3271
