Relieve the stressors in your life as we explore various meditation processes. Experience the release of the stressors from your week, while re-awakening your love for your life. All it takes is listening to your breath and the guided meditation as you inhale, hold and exhale on a count of 8 - 4 - 4. Be open to the relaxation that is yours when you put your intention behind the desires of your heart through meditation.

I missed Paulette Pike's Mudra meditation last week, so for the rest of April, I would like to explore the awakening and cleansing of our chakra for better relaxation, understanding and energetic influences upon our body.
Possible in June, I can find someone here who would be willing to lead us through a Mudra meditation. In lieu of that tune into Paulette Pike's radio show the Sound of Silence on the Unity Channel.
