    After a long break from broadcasts, co-hosts Justin Soderberg and Greg Celona will touch on UMass Lowell River Hawks hockey since they returned from the holiday break and preview Saturday night's contest against the Merrimack College Warriors at the Tsongas Center in Lowell, Massachusetts.


    Our special guest will be Mike McMahon of the Eagle Tribune, College Hockey News and The Mack Report. McMahon will help us preview Saturday night's game and talk a bit about the Merrimack season so far.

    Mill City Sports returns for another two-hour special of MCS Live, brought to you by Beast from the Northeast.


    Episode 3 will feature a preview of the UMass Lowell River Hawks, Hockey East, Boston Bruins and NHL season.


    MCS Live co-hosts Justin Soderberg and Greg Celona will talk all aspects of the hockey season from college and the professional ranks. Justin and Greg will share their expectations for the Boston Bruins and UMass Lowell seasons.


    Justin and Greg will be joined by four guests. Kevin Zwirble will join the show at 2:10pm to talk about his company Beast from the Northeast. At 2:35pm, Mike McMahon of College Hockey News will join the program to talk Hockey East. Joshua Kummins of the New England Hockey Journal and SB Nation will join the show at 3:00pm to talk Hockey East.     Jim Connelly is a senior writer at USCHO.com and has been with the site since 1999. He is based in Boston and regularly covers Hockey East. He began with USCHO.com as the correspondent covering the MAAC, which nowadays is known as Atlantic Hockey. Each week during the season, he co-writes "Tuesday Morning Quarterback." Jim is the winner of the 2012 Joe Concannon award, and is a studio analyst for NESN.


    Ed Trefzger has been part of USCHO since 1999 and now serves as a senior writer and director of technology. He has been a part of the radio broadcasts of Rochester Institute of Technology hockey since their inception -- serving as a producer, studio host, color commentator and as RIT's play-by-play voice for eight seasons. Ed is general manager of CBS Sports Radio affiliate 105.5 The Team in Rochester, N.Y., and COO of its parent company, Genesee Media Corporation.
