Linda McDonald is a Library Specialist residing in the San Francisco Bay Area and a former radio personality for the nationally syndicated "In the Know" broadcast on the RMG Radio Network. Linda McDonald’s favorite quote is the excerpt from Maya Angelou's book, I Wouldn't Take Nothing For My Journey Now :“Each of us has the right and the responsibility to assess the roads which lie ahead, and those over which we have travelled, and if the future road looms ominous or unpromising, and the roads back uninviting, then we need to gather our resolve and carry only the necessary baggage, step off that road into another direction. If the new choice is also unpalatable, without embarrassment we must be ready to change that as well.” The Perfect Deception is Linda McDonald's first release.

I, James Wallace McDonald was born at University Hospital in Jackson, Mississippi. My hometown is in Magee, Mississippi, where I had learned a skill of electrician wiring before I was in high school from my father. I graduated from Magee High School in 1979 and attended at Copiah-Lincoln Junior College and Jones County Junior College. I received my Electrician License from Simpson County and Covington County in the state of Mississippi in 1986. In January 1989, I had suffered with a Brain Embolism. I came up with my first invention in 2004, my second invention in 2006, and my third invention in 2008. I wrote my first book in October 2010, my second book in February 2011, my third book in July 2011 and my fourth book in December 2011.
ESPN-Boston's Joe McDonald joined Friday's show to help close out the Boston Bruins' season. Forrest McDonald was seven years old when he first heard blues man Josh White perform and as he puts it, “I was hooked!”
In the summer of 1964 he hitchhiked to NYC where he met and was influenced by Muddy Waters.
From there, it just kept happening for Forrest and now, he has released his 12th album “Turnaround Blues” and he will join me to talk more about this incredible journey.
David Vest is called a fabulous, foot-stompin’ roots-rocker and boogie-woogie piano player.
He has played with Big Joe Turner and Hubert Sumlin to name two and he wrote the first songs recorded by Tammy Wynette

Anthony Rosano and The Conqueroos are out of Norfolk, VA and have made it to the semi-finals of the International Blues Challenge twice since forming in 2012.
Their new album “Get Rood” debuted earlier this summer and I will talk with Anthony about his career up until this point and where he is heading.

“Musicians You Should Know”
Head Basketball Coach Paul McDonald of Vermillion Community College will be joining Stephen McCarthy of the The McCarthy Project to discuss one of the biggest trends recently is athletes attempting to gain perfection running a certain "xyz" system (i.e. robotic) and therefore, not seeing the whole picture or play and the effects of this type of player on how the game is played. Secondly, we will talk about the different types of drills or tasks you can do to help an athlete flow based on what he sees, rather than just doing it perfect.
For more information, visit The McCarthy Project.
Part-1 The Late Kwame McDonald interviews Hall of Fame Coach Faith Johnson Patterson
TUNE IN AND BE BLESSED BY THE HISTORY OF THE MPLS NORTH LADY POLARS
Dedicated to the "Late" Kwame McDonald. I loved this man so much! He has helped to change the face of Minnesota Basketball not just for African Americans, but for all to make our state so much more competitive! I just saw and heard this interview recorded in 2005 regarding the history and success of the Minneapolis North Lady Polar’s “9 year State Tournament run”. The effect of this success, allowed 15 athletes to receive Division 1 scholarships at a variety of great academic and athletic institutions around the country. Thank you Kwame for all of your support and for everything you've done for me and so many others! -Faith Johnson Patterson
