Luke 16:8-13 New King James Version (NKJV)
8 So the master commended the unjust steward because he had dealt shrewdly. For the sons of this world are more shrewd in their generation than the sons of light.
9 “And I say to you, make friends for yourselves by unrighteous mammon, that when you fail,[a] they may receive you into an everlasting home. 10 He who isfaithful in what is least is faithful also in much; and he who is unjust in what isleast is unjust also in much. 11 Therefore if you have not been faithful in the unrighteous mammon, who will commit to your trust the true riches? 12 And if you have not been faithful in what is another man’s, who will give you what is your own?
13 “No servant can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or else he will be loyal to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon.”

Almost anyone who has gone through an annual review knows they can be a pain. If you're lucky, you've got a good relationship with your boss and you get a raise and maybe a couple of tips for a better performance. If you're really lucky your annual review isn't a surprise, because you talk regularly with your manager and get good feedback.
But what happens if you don't have that relationship? One review every year is like asking someone to drive a car on a highway and they only get to look out the windshield every 10 minutes. Business changes every day. Our responsibilities and priorities change every day. Why should we only get feedback once per year?
BetterWorks Co-Founder and CEO Kris Duggan thinks there is a better way. We should treat feedback as a daily, low investment, high frequency endeavor. Instead of slaving away for days on one annual review, we should rely on current technology to do small course correcting feedback every day. Duggan will stop by to talk about a better way for managers and employees alike that will make everyone happier and more productive. Learn how to:
Reshape the way you give feedback
Treat feedback like a Fitbit
Get more out of employees and be a better a manager

Dreams and visions are always topics for lively discussions in spiritual circles. Comparing the two; speaking to their similarities and differences; or even debating if they are the same always brings new thoughts on these visitors to our sleep or journeying realms.
We are speaking a lot about the time of change we are now in and for this show we will focus on aspects of dreams and visions particularly powerful - and useful - in this time. If you have been having dreams or visions - or both - they may be very different than in the past. Let’s talk about it.
Bring your ideas, thoughts and comments as always. The talking stick is now YOURS! Hit the link below just before show time.
We invite listeners to come and participate in the discussion and the sharing of knowledge. And we thank all our listeners for truly “being” the shows we air. Join us!

In this episode Dr Ned discusses the concept that we can actually heal ourselves and at the very least
aid in our healing based on our thoughts and preconceptions.
The placebo effect happens when a person is given a treatment that has no physiologic affects on the body, but the mind is convinced it has therapeutic value resulting in an improved result - the person thinks the treatment will work and so it does.

I use a great number of sports analogies on my show. As the 2016 election approach I see consevatives as a team that may have forgotten what it takes to win. Like in sports there are talented and experienced teams that just should be winning more often but don't. Most of the time it is after losing time and time again it is ecause they as a team have forgetten what it take to win.
Like the Super Bowl team that doesn't even make the playoffs the following season. That is what we will talk about today. What will it take to win in 2016 and beyond. So today we get back to the basics.
