From The Desk of Kiler Davenport: Interview with Max Igan (4/15/15)

    in Culture

This episode of From The Desk Of Kiler Davenport is a pre-recorded interview with Max Igan:

I live in Queensland, Australia and at the time of writing this essay, it is June 2007 and I am 49 years old. The pen-name Max Igan that I have become known by is a combination of my middle name and my sons’ middle name. As a matter of interest, Igan is the original Irish spelling of the name Ian, and no, I do not have any Irish roots, we just liked the name. :) I decided upon the name Max Igan as my pen-name & internet identity as a tribute to my son and as a dedication to him. Any and all work I have done on the internet I have done mainly for him, first and foremost. I have spent most of my life as a traveling musician and continued to do so up until about 3 years ago. I feel very privileged to have been granted the gift of music and to have been able do many of the things I have done and meet the many people I have because of it. For my own reasons, I have remained a reasonably solitary person for the last 12 years and somehow cannot see that ever changing. In the last 3 years, and strange as it may seem to some, one of my greatest loves has been for the Game clan I belong to, the Alliance of Defiance. I am by no means, a game junky and I don’t love the clan because of the game. The game is fun, but the clan is where the love lies. In regards to my political views, I must also stress that it is not nor has it ever been my desire to appear anti-American or anti western because I am most definitely not. I am however, very anti-corporatism and very anti-fascism and in the words of WW2 dictator, Benito Mussolini: “Fascism should more appropriately be called Corporatism, because it is the merger of corporate and state power”. This is exactly what we are witnessing now on a global scale and it spells a very frightening and dangerous scenario if the situation is ignored and such corporate power is allowed to continue.

Stephen Roberts Live Presents: CTC - Interviews with Ray Kirkus & Max Igan

    in News

This is a pre-recorded episode of Stephen Roberts Live Presents: Cancel the Cabal. On this episode is two interviews: #1 - Ray Kirkus & #2 - Max Igan.

    Bio for Ray Kirkus:

I am an 53 year old son of immigrants from Lithuania who came to the United States following WWII after losing their homeland to communists. I am a father to two grown sons and a husband of a wonderful and tolerant wife. I have done most things in life non-traditionally. I finished high school with a GED and earned most of my college credits via CLEP exams.  I learned about life via the school of "hard knocks". I have done many things in my life giving me experiences in many spheres of the blue collar sector. I have learned one thing for sure; that government does not play by it's own rules. that the police lie, that the media has a hidden agenda and that there is little difference in the left/right paradigm. at least in regard to policy issues that truly matter and the direction this nation has taken.

    Bio for Max Igan:

I live in Queensland, Australia and at the time of writing this essay, it is June 2007 and I am 49 years old. Eye On Palestine: Inside Gaza with Max Igan

    in Current Events

Popular Australian independent researcher Max Igan runs thecrowhouse.com, which covers a vast array of topics close to his heart, from consciousness, to government corruption, and the mysteries of our ancient past. In this episode of GFM Radio we discuss Zionist terrorism in Gaza and the ongoing (largely ignored) ethnic cleansing of Palestinians, under the flimsy guise of “Israeli self-defence.”

Max offers us a chance to connect to the people of Palestine and find out who they really are, as he shares about his recent visit to Gaza, and the many kind Palestinians he met—most of them children, many orphans. Max tells of his sneaky entry into the area alongside American activist Ken O’Keefe using one of the many tunnels from the Egyptian side, where he met border officers from Hamas—a most interesting tale to hear in the light of familiar Western media programming. We’ll also talk about the lies pushed by the Zionist-controlled mainstream media on this issue and the double standards of Israel’s policies. Max highlights previous atrocities in Palestine, such as the death of Rachel Corrie and those murdered on the Gaza flotilla.

His personal experience in Gaza provides a much-needed antidote to the toxic Western media programming around issues of the Middle East. Having spent most of his adult life as a travelling musician, Max brings a unique combination of life experience, research, compassion, and activism to the discussion on Palestine, Israel, and the Gaza Strip. Standing on a non-sectarian platform, Max takes the light of consciousness into places others fear to tread—and that is what makes this week’s episode of Global Freedom Movement Radio unmissable.

Join Brendan D. Murphy and Aimee Devlin as they are joined by one of Australia’s most popular non-mainstream thought leaders: the one and only Max Igan.
