Nobody will ever change the condition of a people until they change within themselves. Family the burden is on us to change our behavior; to build love, trust and confidence in each other and in our people for us, then, 95% of our problems will be solved. We, as leaders must declare that we will never sell out the aspirations of our people for personal wealth, position and advancement in the society of our former slave masters and their children. We must make a covenant with our people to work and sacrifice and be willing to be the good shepherd (leaders) who will lay down our lives for our people. Let us accept our responsibility and change our behavior to that, which will make us more than comrades and brothers and Sisters, but a behavior that will make us friends and companions in the struggle for the total freedom of our people here and wherever we are found on this earth.
Our word must be our bond. When we break our word we destroy the life of this covenant or the agreement that we have made. It is absolutely necessary that as leaders we must build trust among ourselves. We can only build trust when we strive to keep our word, particularly a solemn agreement or covenant that we make with each other and with our people. I PLEDGE that from this day forward I will keep this covenant. I pledge that I will work to accomplish our mission to make our vision a reality so help me God.

"Like all boys growing up in the early sixties, I was fascinated by space exploration," said Anthony Hose, conductor of the Stetson University Symphony Orchestra. "And, of course, I wanted to be an astronaut."
While it is not quite the same as floating among the stars, Hose did conduct the Stetson University Orchestra performing the American premiere of Voyager written by Warren Greveson, who was inspired by Voyager 1 and 2, two spacecrafts launched in 1977 on a grand tour of the solar system. Voyager is composed for four iPads and an orchestra, and accompanied by a film by Maurice Lock.
In this interview, Hose, Greveson and Lock talk about the music and the inspiration from 37 years of research collected and sent back to Earth by the two Voyager probes.
Betty Jackson (of Greensboro, North Carolina), better known as Versatyle, knew at a very early age that the stage was where she belonged. Throughout her teenage life she graced the stage in performances ranging from school choral productions to gigging at weddings and anniversaries to being selected by her choral director Donna Culbreth to sing at a master class in New York with Broadway producer, teacher and performer Ed Lindeman at a Carnegie Hall Training Room in 1997. Throughout the years Versatyle has been influenced by many musicians and artist including her favorite vocalists Rachelle Ferrell, Donny Hathaway, Whitney Houston and many more. But her biggest influences come from her very own family.

The Absolute Truth with Bishop Maurice Lamar Irvin
Believe or not but God wants you to thrive. Mostly it's so you can lead a positive life in a negative world. However, people tend to be creatures of habit. Often we gravitate toward what is good, not necessarily what is God. Settling for mediocre rather than pursuing what is God's perfect plan for our life. What would happen if you stepped out of your comfort zone. You could be one decision away from the greatest days your life.
