This must listen to show will provide best practices for auto dealers and automotive advertising agencies alike.
MyAutoCloud is addressing one of the hottest topics in the industry, “Customer Retention”! In an industry known for defection (post-sale), retention is now on the front burner as sales margins have compressed and costs in all areas are up.
Retaining the consumer through the ownership lifecycle has been nothing short of a losing battle. Myautocloud.com has developed intuitive and interactive logic that allows a non-intrusive, high R.O.I., platform to retain customers at the industry’s highest levels. It begins at the point of sale or service and continues from that point forward. Any dealer can increase their retention and R.O.I on a turnkey basis 15-20% or actively engage one's service BDC/appointment setters and see huge returns.
All of these automated turnkey solutions can be found in MyAutoCloud’s Defection Management Suite of products.

Late on the Sabbath it began to dawn toward the first day of the week. Women came to Jesus' tomb to finalize His burial. But, He wasn't there!
In Matthew 28 we meet a host of intriguing characters: women, angels, guards, Jesus, chief priests and the eleven. Each of them add to the fabric of the story.
The women expect Him to still be there. The angles know that He has risen. Jesus met the women and told them to remind His disciples to meet Him in Galilee. The guards shaking with fear and confusion ran to the chief priests. The Priests concocted a lie and bribed the guard to spread it. And the dsicples went to Galilee where Jesus gave them the Great Commission.
And so the story as told by Matthew comes to an end.

On Tuesday night, The Minnesota Timberwolves won the NBA Draft Lottery and the #1 pick in the 2015 draft. The New York Knicks, with the second-best odds for the #1 pick, fell two spots to #4. The Philadelphia 76ers will pick third, the Los Angeles Lakers second. Is it time to do away with the current lottery system that encourages weak teams to "tank" for higher picks? There are some alternatives worth serious consideration. The Chicago Blackhawks and Anaheim Ducks played an instant classic Game 2 of their Western Conference Finals series with the Hawks getting the win in triple overtime. After such an immense effort from both teams, how will each respond in Game 3? I've got the keys to the game. All this plus your phone calls at (347) 327-9183!
