We will discuss what is going on around the NFL, probably get into fantasy football talk. We will discuss the Eagles 2nd preseason game as well as what we would like to see in the 3rd game. The Phillies are coming back to reality and they pulled Francour off of waivers when he was claimed. We might get into the radio wars between Innes and Miscinelli that have been on Philly Sports Radio airwaves and anything else is open for conversation if you call in.

Activation in the seed truth that is in every truly born again “new creature.” We’ve been given “the ministry of reconciliation” and the “word of reconciliation,” that is, His saints who are also Christ’s very “ambassadors.” (2 Cor. 5:17-20)
In order to perfectly fulfill His will, Christ's saints must be possessed with a full counsel view of God and His creation from His perspective. There are no shortcuts to studying and learning His counsel, His Precepts which communicate His very "heart." When we begin to perceive the universe as from our Maker’s perspective, it’s going to transform our view and the mission we are sent to accomplish. The LORD told us that the very "thoughts of his heart" are recorded in His written counsel to us:
"The counsel of the LORD standeth for ever, the thoughts of his heart to all generations." Ps 33:11
Jesus is trying to get us to stop and to see things from the Father's perspective when He states in the end of His discourse on loving our neighbor that we are to be "perfect." (Matt 5:44-48) The Greek word for "perfect" is teleios which is defined as "growth, mental and moral character, completeness, full age (maturity)." The LORD is maturing the perspective of His saints - teaching them His nature and ways, therefore transforming the way they view the world and fallen men around them. Pour prayerfully over our LORD's words recorded in Matt 5:44-48.
Our prayer is that God's people would be activated in doing what is already in them. As they are following Jesus, He has put His will inside of them which He stated to be seeking and saving that which was lost (Lk 19:10). This is His overriding desire to restore men back to full and complete relationship and the very and stated reason the Father sent His only begotten Son (Jn 17:3).
The NFC South was created, in 2002. The only team, from the division, who has not went to the Super Bowl are the Atlanta Falcons. No team had won back to back division titles, until last year. The Carolina Panthers defended their NFC South title. However, there was much debate about them hosting a wild card game, because of their 7-8-1 record. Will this years division champion eclipse the .500 mark?
Can the Carolina Panthers make it three division titles, in a row? The Panthers did not make any major moves in free agency. They picked up a few role players, and the only real loss was DeAngelo Williams. However, he has had a history of nagging injuries, and signed with the Pittsburgh Steelers. The biggest news before the season is the lose of Kelvin Benjamin. He tore his ACL during practice. This could be a big blow offensively. Defensively, they have a kid named Luke Kuechly, who is one of the best tacklers, in the NFL. They have a good front seven, and added depth by drafting linebacker Shaq Thompson. The secondary could be a question mark, but with a good pass rush, you can take pressure of average cornerbacks.
After failing to make the Super Bowl, and then having a disappointing 2014, Mike Smith was fired as the Atlanta Falcons coach. The Atlanta defense can only go one direction, and that is up. After finishing dead last in yards allowed per game, they signed a handful of defensive players, and then added more with their first two picks. Vic Beasley and Jalen Collins could be inserted into the starting lineup sooner than later. Offensively, Matt Ryan has Julio Jones and Roddy White to toss the ball to. DeVonta Freeman will get his chance at running back.
Jameis Winston was the first overall pick, by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Lovie Smith will need to turn this team around to keep his job, after a disappointing 2-14 season.

Matt Chatham and Brady Quinn continue their college football preview series of Power 5 conferences by headiing out to the ACC. Florida State has owned the conference in recent years, with most discussions centering on whether or not the strength of the conference was enough to keep FSU on top while staying undefeated.
The guys start by discussing this year's big Boston College vs Notre Dame game to be played November 21st at Fenway Park, and how cool games in historic venues can positiviely affect players and recruiting.
2015 figures to be a much more competitive affair at the top of the conference as question marks abound - specifically from a collection of close-but-not-quite-there programs like Clemson, Georgia Tech, Louisville, and Virginia Tech looking to climb to the top of the heap as Florida State reloads. The guys get into the keys to winning the conference, some sleeper schools to keep an eye on, and a discussion of the year ahead for some of the conference's best players.
Tonight I'm joined by Host & Executive Producer at 670 The Score Joe Ostrowski. Joe will offer up advice on studs, duds and sleepers for the 2015 fantasy football season.
The Bears made some progress on offense and defense in their 2nd preseason game against the Colts, but penalties still plagued the offense and the secondary is still an issue with the defense. Not only that, but injuries and suspensions have created voids in the roster on both sides of the ball.
The Cubs begin their 6 game road trip in California tonight, taking on the team chasing them for the 2nd NL Wild Card spot: the San Francisco Giants. The Cubs swept the Giants at Wrigley earlier this month, but the Giants have been dominant at home recently. With the Cubs losing two key players to the DL over the weekend, who will step up to keep this hot streak going?
