    Everyone suffers. Some suffer way worse than others, but we have all suffered. When we realize this, we can own our suffering and overcome it. You aren't to blame for other's suffering, and shouldn't shy away from yours. However, I will add, that you shouldn't stay in "suffering" mode. Rise above it, But own it and work through the process of dealing with it. Grief isn't just for those suffering from a death of a loved one. Grief happens on many more levels other than death. If you can think of the abuse you faced as a grieving process, you can work through it in a much healthier state.

    THIS WEEK'S MESSAGE:   What is a dream? A dream can include any of the images, thoughts and emotions that are experienced during sleep. Dreams can be extraordinarily vivid or very vague; filled with joyful emotions or frightening imagery; focused and understandable or unclear and confusing. Why do we dream? What purpose do dreams serve? While many theories have been proposed, no single consensus has emerged. Considering the enormous amount of time we spend in a dreaming state, the fact that researchers do not yet understand the purpose of dreams may seem baffling. However, there are those whose life work is focused on helping people understand how their dreams relate to their waking life. Do you want to know how to better understand yourself, your subconscious and all of your life’s possibilities?


    Kelly Lydick a Certified Gateway Dreaming Coach and a Certified Meditation Facilitator. Kelly received her B.A. in Writing and Literature from Burlington College, in Burlington Vermont and her M.A. in Writing and Consciousness from the New College of California.
