The Legal Show: The Tax Man gets the Axe in Maryland

    in Legal

Attorney Sarah Avraham and writer Bennet Pomerantz discuss the subjects of the day.

The audience should know that although Ms. Avraham is a licensed attorney, she is not offering legal advice in any capacity, is not establishing an attorney/client relationship with anyone listening to the show, and recommends that any listener of the show consult a local attorney for any legal advice they may require.

This show is about us discussing hot topics and how they relate to the law.raha provision of the state’s income tax law unconstitutional, leaving the state and its counties on the hook for as much as $200 million in refunds and facing significant cuts in revenue.  While this sounds ideal to taxpayers, especially after yet another Tax Day has come and gone, what will be the ramifications of such a decision by SCOTUS?  Tune in to hear our hosts answer that and other questions on this issue.

    Actress Noree Victoria

    in Entertainment

Noree Victoria, Baltimore, Maryland native, has been active in the creative arts her entire life. Starting out writing imaginative short stories and plays, she completed her first bound children’s book at the age of 7. Loving the arts and academics, during her middle school years, she used creative and intellectual outlets to escape her sometimes-challenging upbringing in Baltimore, opting to spend summers in special programs on college campuses studying drama, creative writing, and painting with the help of government subsidized grants and academic scholarships. At the age of 16, once again longing for a life beyond the borders of her home city, she petitioned her school board on her own and successfully won their approval to bypass her senior year, and go directly on to college, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Creative Writing and Biology, and subsequently a Master’s Degree in Information Technology. Noree completed her Master’s program with a 4.0 GPA. However, coming from an entertainment family with modest means-- kin to the late jazz musician Eubie Blake, and sister to Emmy nominated actress Penny Jerald-- the lure of acting proved way too overpowering for her to neglect. After completion of her academic studies, she stepped out on faith to pursue her creative passions in the performing arts full time, gaining recognition by winning the Best Actress award at AMTC’s Shine, a nation-wide talent competition drawing over 2000 contestants each year. After being discovered at AMTC, Noree was contacted by the New York Conservatory for the Dramatic Arts and offered a scholarship to study under the direction of some of the most esteemed instructors in the business, taking on Scene Study, Advanced Film Combat, Voice-over, Michael Chekhov technique and Shakespeare Presentation.

    Liberty GB welcomes... Liberty GB!

    in Politics Conservative

Today Jack Buckby, Outreach Officer, joins the program to take your questions. Call in number is 347) 237-4318

Welcome to Liberty GB with Radio Officer and your Host, Tim Burton.

Liberty GB will address all the political issues Great Britain currently faces, something the three main parties (along with UKIP) so conspicuously fail to do.

The Liberal Democrats, Labour and Conservatives manifestly refuse to discuss the most important issues of our time, namely mass immigration from the Third World, the steady rise of fundamentalist Islam and the hijacking of traditional British culture and institutions by well-organised left-wing 'progressives'.

There is no guarantee at such a late stage that Britain can be saved, but Liberty GB will endeavour to put a stop to our rapidly accelerating descent into economic, educational, moral, cultural and social ruin. Britain could be a wonderful country again, but it will take politics bordering on the revolutionary to achieve this vision.
Send the Liberty GB Candidates to Parliament May 7th:

    Paul Weston ~  Luton South

George Whale  ~ Lewisham West and Penge

Tim Burton ~  Birmingham constituency of Ladywood

If you are of similar mind, we encourage your participation.

Justice For Peter Hofschroer  The Grandma B alleged Abuse Cover Up
    HMP Hull Prison
    Prisoner  A3324DJ

    https://grandmabarbara.wordpress.com/

Grandma B is now 85 years old. She is wheelchair-bound and very frail. The past six years of her life have been horrendous. She lost her husband of 60 years, but that was the easy part. She has also been the victim of sustained and systematic abuse in which she has been defrauded of her house, subjected to threats and harassment because she will not hand over her life savings to her abusers, then unlawfully evicted from her house and stranded abroad, with her abusers trying, so far unsuccessfully, to fraudulently sell her house.

     CASE 2

    The Linda Lewis Campaign

The true story of a sick 12 year old from Port Talbot South Wales kidnapped in 1998 from America by agents of Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council Social Services.

To cover up for medical negligence claim where a healthy appendix was removed leaving the child with an abscess and only a 50/50 chance of survival
Having been referred to many hospitals in the UK without a proper diagnosis the family decide to seek medical help in Florida.
28 Laws were broken in the US and the child was returned to the UK with no legal or lawful authority.
David Johnston the then Welsh Assembly Government Inspector of Social Services “invents” a letter stating that Linda Lewis was going to kill her daughter and herself in a suicide pact.
This information was kept from Linda Lewis and her Barrister enabling custody to be granted to Neath Port Talbot Social Services.
17 years later mother and daughter have never been re united as daughter has been misled by Social Services into believing that her mother wants to kill her.

Moore, and a pre-recorded interview with a candidate for the Associated Student Government President position Deanna Callahan. Student government elections are next week on the West Los Angeles campus. The student body at West Los Angeles College as well as all of the LACCD college campuses need to get involved in student government and exercise their right to choose who we want to represent us in important issues that will have a direct impact on the quality of our college education.

Deanna Callahan, has great leadership potential and is motivated to move the student government in some very positive directions if she is elected.
