Singer/ Songwriter Angel Sessions brings her 17 year music journey with 9 albums world wide.
Her latest album, "Hearts of Broken Love" is currently No.14 on Amazon for downloads in the gospel category.
Her first album entitled “Introducing Angel Sessions”, was release in 1998. Her single, "She was never her", got radio air play on over 80 top BDS stations.
In 1999, Angel released her second album “Love Ride” on Volt records, a label Fantasy Records reactivated.
Angel Sessions also performed a lot around the United States at Grammy pre-parties in Los Angeles, hosted by Tracy Edmond and the late Vonnie Sweenie.
As a young singer when Angel was signed with Fantasy Records, she had the privilege of meeting and recording with some very talented and legendary old-school artists.
At that time she was Fantasy Record’s newest artist who was exposed to seasoned professionals. It isn’t often that a younger artist receives this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
Angel recorded with Lenny Williams, William Hart of the Delfonics and LJ Reynolds of the Dramatics.
She also sang a duet with the late Ali Woodson of the Temptations single entitled “Vow” that was placed on the movie sound track, Down N’ Dirty, a Fred Williamson production, and background vocals for Earth, Wind and Fire and the Mighty Dells.
Angel writes all of her own music and won a Honorable Mention 2 years in a row in the Annual Billboard Worldwide Song Contest for her writing.
Angel was also featured in the Rolling Stone and Billboard Magazine

BOBAFLEX is known as one of the hardest working bands in the country. Renowned for their high energy, live shows and relentless touring the band was formed in 1998 by brothers Shaun and Marty McCoy. The brothers are known for their ancestral ties to the most infamous family feud in American history between the Hatfield and McCoy. The interest of the feud has spurred of late a mini-series, many documentaries and an upcoming modern day version series debuting this Fall. BOBAFLEX released their 6th album CHARLATAN’S WEB on BFX RECORDS on September 10th. The long anticipated follow up to 2011’s HELL IN MY HEART that featured the singles BURY ME WITH MY GUNS ON, CHEMICAL VALLEY and THE SOUND OF SILENCE. The first single off the album BAD MAN peaked at #32 on the charts and their new single I'M GLAD YOU'RE DEAD is off to a better start. The band consisting of brothers, Shaun (vocals, guitars) and Marty McCoy (vocals, guitars), Jerod Mankin (vocals, bass), Tommy Johnson (drums) and newly added David Tipple (guitars) will be bringing their tour from coast-to-coast in support of the new album and single, BAD MAN hitting the airwaves in July. Their catalog is rounded out by PRIMITIVE EPIC (2003) on Eclipse Records; APOLOGIZE FOR NOTHING (2005) and TALES FROM DIRT TOWN (2007) on TvT Records and CHEMICAL VALLEY (2010) which they self-released. The band is not dreading on the past anymore as they embattled a troubled label, legal battles and just looking ahead to the future. For more information, visit www.theofficialbobaflex.com

MARTY MANN AND THE EARLY WOMEN OF AA
A tremendous change has taken place over the past few generations in the way alcoholics are viewed in our society. Although it is undeniable that some level of unawareness and misunderstanding remains, substantial improvements have been effected since the 1930s. We have cause to be grateful.
The once virtually universal stigma that besieged alcoholic men was exponentially greater for women. “Nice women” didn’t drink to excess. This made it extremely difficult to admit to a drinking problem in the first place. As our pioneers battled not only for their own sobriety, but for some level of “respectability,” their reluctance to associate themselves with “beggars, tramps, asylum inmates, prisoners, queers (sic), plain crackpots, and fallen women,” (12 & 12, p. 140), can be looked on with some degree of sympathy.
