Hello blogtalkradio people. Nancy Ryan here. I have been gone for awhile, however, am happy to say that I am back after over two years in-studio live broadcasting. My show is about "Childhood Memories and how they influenced one in becoming who they are today." I encourage folks to talk about and hopefully re-live the good and even great memories from their childhoods. A show where people can share their experiences as kids growing up. School experiences, first date, first car, first anythiing! These exchanges of memories will hope to evoke Happiness & Laughter, so all funny stories are absolutely welcomed and necessary. My shows are the second and fourth Thursday evenings of each month at 5:30 PM. So please join me for 1/2 hour of FUN, FUN, FUN as I explore other peoples experiences and share some of my own.
Peace, Nancy <3

Listen to the Christian Authors on Tour (CAOT) Blog Talk Radio Show on Friday, February 27th at 2 p.m. (ET) to hear a LIVE interview with Christian author and speaker, Damien K. H. Nash.
A college professor once told Damien K. H. Nash that he had some of the worst writing abilities that she ever encountered. Nash did not accept this negative label and took it upon himself to challenge that professor's claim. Now, five years later,Nash is an author and the founder of TNG Publishings, LLC, a full-service custom book publishing company. Nash has written several books including Thoughts From the Box: 31 Day Devotional and How to Load Your Truck: One Box at a Time and Big Box, Little Box. He has an uncanny gift for showing how everyday processes, such as package delivery systems, can be used in meaningful stories. His heart for family values and character is the cornerstone of his writings.
Call (858) 357-8408 to ask questions of our scheduled guest. Don't worry if you can't listen LIVE! You can visit www.blogtalkradio.com/christianauthorsontour to download FREE "On-Demand" podcasts of hundreds of inspirational interviews.
Christian Authors on Tour (CAOT)
This is a black arts and culture site. We will be exploring the African Diaspora via the writing, performance, both musical and theatrical (film and stage), as well as the visual arts of Africans in the Diaspora and those influenced by these aesthetic forms of expression. I am interested in the political and social ramifications of art on society, specifically movements supported by these artists and their forebearers. It is my claim that the artists are the true revolutionaries, their work honest and filled with raw unedited passion. They are our true heroes. Ashay!

Life happens to us ALL! We find it is not what happens to us that determines the level of effectiveness we reach, weather your a teacher, CEO, business owner, barber, coach etc. What matters is how you respond to what happens to you. There exist a modern psychosis that defines people by how much they can produce or what they have! This psychosis causes us to worry, and by worrying when life happens to us instead of seeing it as a point of learning or growing we see it as utter devastation. However, not regonizing that if God has allowed us to see another day, a day with new mercy and new grace never before recieved. Then this day following the failure is one for rejoicing not morning! LIFE HAPPENS TO US ALL! Today Lets Talk Life!

Spencer Hall, Editorial Director at SB Nation and Editor at Every Day Should Be Saturday, gives us his thoughts on how to deal with the college football offseason (playoff hockey is your friend), makes ill-advised predictions with us about the 2015 season (sorry, teams we have inevitably over or underrated), and plays a thrilling trivia game we call Florida or Tennessee? It ends with him doubting everything he knows, which is nice.
