Affluent was created and founded by Oscar Sanchez in the streets of lower Manhattan in New York City. It was the first urban digital record label offering prepaid distribution, label services, marketing, promotions, strategic planning and brand management to the urban digital market. Since its inception Affluent Records has successfully grown to be recognized as a top tier leading independent music brand. Although the label was established in New York, Affluent Records music catalog derives from a diverse array of artist, labels & albums nationwide. Oscar is a 19 year vet that got his start in 1992 working as an intern with Russell Simmons and Lyor Cohen at Def Jam. He was quickly promoted by CEO Lyor Cohen to work as both as A&R Rep / Music Producer for the label while simultaneously working for both of Chris Lighty new ventures Violator Record Label & his Violator Management company with Mona Scott.
His first A&R credit was the Platinum-selling Def Jam 10th Anniversary Box Set – a collection that is now considered a Hip Hop classic. Throughout his career Oscar has also worked at BMG as a product manager for Gee Street Records.
It is but a rare moment when someone in the Milwaukee music scene has not seen nor saw a show featuring Gabriel Sanchez either on vocals or on some form of instrumentation. He has been a sweet staple to the fans and followers, and with his new Kickstarter campaign for his original CD, let us hope the world shall embrace him everyday as well. Although self-taught, Gabriel has made a mark as a man who plays and performs at an accelerated level. He mesmerizes the masses by his strumming and strutting across stage as Prince. He is also always willing to ween in other acts, sharing his stage with the many who wish to play alongside him. Today, we will chat about his career challenges, his big bunch of bands, and what it means to be releasing solo acoustic work.
Is the Nick Foles era done? Will Mark Sanchez be able to lead the Philadelphia Eagles into the playoffs? We'll answer those questions and more on this episode of The Broad Street Line as we recap an important but costly victory against the Houston Texans.
Also, due to the fact that we're doing the show on Election Day, we'll give you the Top 8 teams on our NFL Power Ranking ballot, vote thumbs up or thumbs down on the Sixers' rebuild, and get you caught up on the past week in sports as only we can. So come and take a ride on The Broad Street Line: The future of sports talk radio has finally arrived.

The Whittier Museum will host Armando F. Sanchez and his Spying during the Cold War part 1 of 3
Armando Sanchez was an Economics and US Government teacher for many years until he retired a couple of years. He has and continues to serve has a mentor and friend to S3productions in the Field of Internet Multimedia Broadcasting. I wanted to do this show for a couple of reasons (1) how did you get from one career path to “retired” to being an expert on cold war spying. (2) S3productions will be at the museum covering the “Spy Show” and I am hoping to get a scoop before all the major media players get them.
Mr. Sanchez has been doing both web Streaming and podcasting for several years now and has covered a variety of subjects and topics and I always find it fascinating to see where one story sometimes leads to some subject totally unrelated and a whole new directions of shows.

Imagine your child has been diagnosed with autism. Where can you turn? What options are available? Anne Evans was faced with just that challenge. She looked underneath her child's symptoms of autism to find the root causes and found treatments that worked and allowed her to completely cure her child from the inside out. She found a little-known therapy related to traditional Chinese medicine that worked wonders. It is called NAET or Nambudripad's Allergy Elimination Technique. Much more than just an allergy therapy, it is an entirely new way to practice medicine. It is rapidly becoming the medicine of the 21st century. Her book, "Beating Autism," is due out on newsstands on June 15th
Anne M. Evans received her undergraduate degree in microbiology from the University of Texas at Austin in 1986 and her graduate degree in Biomedical Communications from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas in 1989. She was publications and marketing director for two global biotech firms. Her publications include Cruofixation, Cryolabeling, and Cryotransfer, and Immunogold Labeling. She collaborated on the Pediatric Handbook for University of Texas Systems Medical Schools.
Join us as Anne shares her child's story of recovery, and the therapy that made it all possible.
