Today on the Brian The Hammer Show:
-Dallas Mavericks Owner Mark Cuban said he would have taken a different path with forcing Donald Sterling to sell the Los Angeles Clippers. He said on a SiriusXM show Thursday that he would have voted to let Sterling keep the team if it had come down to the NBA Governor's Board decision. He acknowledged that he would probably be the only owner to vote in such a way, but said he doesn't care.... So the question is: Aren't we all prejudice? Join the conversation today!

Mark Cuban wants us to believe that since "we all hold prejudices" it's hypocritical to be critical in this type of discourse. Cuban's actually smarter than that, but don't tell him I told you.
A crew of ex-NFL players are suing the league claiming they were lied to about their injuries and the long term ramifications of the medicine they took. It's shameful stuff (the allegations, if true), but perhaps even more shamefully, not surprising at all.

We talk about Stan Van Gundy, Mark Cuban, LeBron James and hit on a few Michigan State- and Michigan-related topics. A transfer from Cleveland State has his eyes on the Spartans, while Michigan continues filling its football recruiting class with solid talent.

I will examine why some black folks were in an uproar over Mark Cuban's comments on prejudice and bigotry with Chris Loupe and The Yard/HBCU Sports' Duane Nash. Among the questions to be answered:
1) Are we black folks in denial over harboring our own prejudices?
2) Are we black folks afraid of having an honest discussion on race with other ethnic groups?
3) Why do we black folks continue to not respect ourselves while demanding it from others?
4) Was Mark Cuban secretly supporting former Clippers owner Donald Sterling?
A shocker to some but Ed is a casual NASCAR fan who got to experience his first live race and will be discussing his adventure to an incredulous Fuz after attending the GoBowling.com 400 at the Pocono Raceway. The guys move on to discuss the hiring of Becky Hammon to the San Antonio Spurs coaching staff after she retires from the WNBA this season, The fellas delve into further NBA business discussing the injury to Indiana Pacer Paul George, who got hurt in a scrimmage game getting ready for the FIBA World Cup and Mark Cuban's comments about pro players participating in international events. The guys finish off talking a little NFL preseason football - including Ed's two cents on NY Giants' David Wilson's retirement - and touch on the Biogenesis arrests.
Do you think that the public can handle hearing the truth versus a politically correct statement?
Do you think Mark Cuban was wrong for making the statement about everyone having their own personal prejudice perception?
Can being politically correct be more of a negative than a positive?
Do you think, in some situations, the public has the right to hear the truth?
Do you think Stephen A. Smith did a good job handling the backlash he received for his comment on the Mark Cuban statement?
