Legal marijuana for sale in Washington:
Washington became the second state Tuesday to allow people to buy marijuana legally in the U.S. without a doctor’s note. People bought pot at 8 a.m. at Bellingham’s Top Shelf Cannabis.
California Governor wants to cut debt over saving money in California budget.
California drought to blame for hike in beef prices.
Marijuana is finally legalised for use in Washington State. So you're from Vancouver B.C. and you think you can drive down to Smoke Marijuana in Seattle. U.S. Customs & Border Protection pulls you aside after you tell them you are coming down for Marijuana. They ask you if you smoke marijuana and you say yes. Well you have now just opened a barrel of rattle snakes. Plus you now have got one step closer to needing a us entry waiver. We will discuss this very sensitive issue. Admitting to CBP ABOUT ANYTHING DRUG RELATED is essentially you giving them the rope to hang yourself, standing on the gallows, paying them to tie youyr hands behind your back and then yelling at them to pull the lever. We will discuss their reasoning behind it, their interrogation techniques and what you can expect to happen to you. YOU MAY END UP NEEDING A US ENTRY WAIVER.
On this edition of Live the Day, will the real Washington State Cougars please stand up? I repeat, will the reall Washington State Cougars please stand up?
This was what most Cougar fans were saying after their victory in Corvalis two weeks ago. The Cougars played a wonderful game against the Beavers. The offense looked night and day better under Luke Falk, and the defense played their most consistent game of the season. The question then needs to be asked. Are these the real Cougars for the rest of the season, or was this a mirage?

Across the state of Georgia, every race in the 2014 General Election was a fierce fight to the finish. While Republicans control Georgia, Democrats were working to gain as many seats as they could. Unsuccessful in their attempt, this was one of the best and strongest ballots that Democrats had seen in years! Each candidate was a winner in their own right!
Join us this week as we interview Brian Reese, Democratic Candidate for the U.S. Congress, District 1, David Vogel, Democratic Candidate for the U.S. Congress, District 9 and Valerie Wilson, Democratic Candidate for the Superintendent of the Georgia School Board. How did they fair in the big scheme of things? What was their take on the elections and the impact it will have on the 2015 legislative session? Who will return to the campaign trail? Let's get the scoop straight from the candidates themselves!
The show’s first guest is Michael Krawitz, a disabled United States Air Force Veteran, injured in an accident while serving on Guam. As Executive Director of Veterans for Medical Marijuana Access, Michael has been instrumental in changing the policies of the Veterans Administration on the use of medical marijuana by veterans. Even so many veterans continue to be kicked out of pain management and other VA programs as a result of their use of medical marijuana. Michael will speak about what the VA says about veterans using medical marijuana vs. what they are actually doing including his most recent meetings with VA officials on this issue.
Marijuana munchies is the mantra, but far from sending users on a food binge, many report that marijuana can actually help in weight management and weight loss. Our second guest is Karen Pike who went from nearly 500 pounds to under 250 pounds and marijuana played a significant role in her weight loss. Karen will relate how marijuana helped her lose weight when nothing else worked and reveal the program she followed to make it happen.
We chat again with Maize n Brew's Joshua Henschke to discuss the state of Michigan football, whether this game has lost luster given the high point spread, and some of the Xs and Os around this matchup. Is Michigan being underrated? Where can they attack Ohio State? And who do they want to take the helm as the head coach assuming Hoke leaves and Harbaugh isn't around?
What happen to the strong Black Man? Over the past few years there has been a shift in our image. Has the lack of Black men as fathers perpetuated a generation of new challenges? Have we allowed the negative view of us shape our psyche? Are we living up to our potential or doing just enough to get by? Have these conditions challenged our sexuality?
We'll explore this and other thoughts next Tuesday on Real Talk All The Time. 100% Real Unpolished, Unrehearsed, Unapologetic. Real Talk for Real People. www.realtalkallthetime.com Tuesday night @ 7:30pm call in 347-637-3010.

Matt Hamilton and Jonathan Munshaw have a shortened show once again, but use their 60 minutes to revisit their MLB hot stove topics from last week. Jonathan then recaps the Wizards' week and makes the case for why Bradley Beal should get every single penny he asks for in a new contract. Then, Matt discusses the Ravens' win over the New Orleans Saints on Monday Night Football and they both break down the possibilities in the AFC North. They close out the show by talking about what to do with Robert Griffin III in Washington.
"Ferguson". That word carries many new meanings for me as it surely will for our society going forward. It conjures up many subjects considering what has gone on there right before our eyes. I read an open letter today that my media brother Nick Bernabe made me aware of found here: http://www.marchforward.org/veterans_appeal_to_national. There were other letters and calls to various groups and organization as we all have seen. Tonight we will discuss Fergosun. The Grand Jury, the protests, the Missouri State Constitution, recent police shootings, the growing concerns of the Militarization of our Police Force, the way Mainstream Media covers protests, as well as the recent history of protests in our country. Joining me tonight will be Attorney Catherine Bernard. Catherine is an activist, former political candidate and an advocate of Constitutional Government, Long time Activist, Coffee Party Newsroom Editor and Radio Host, Bobby Rodrigo's new show on "I Take LIBERTY With My Coffee" on Coffee Party USA Radio every Tuesday at 8:30PM. He advocates engagement, coalitions and continues to point out that the Constitution is the Rule of Law in our land and why it should remain so. His disdain for Money in Politics, the Political Party Machine and partisan blind allegiance is on full display as he advocates against the erosion of our Constitutional Protections in the name of corruption and tyranny. "If we focused on following the Constitution we would solve many of the ills of our society.” Offering a long list of guests from Political Organizations, Activism, Media and Artists Bobby invites you to join him every Tuesday at 8:30PM on Coffee Party USA Radio.
