As entrepreneurs, we spend allot of time with our businesses only to find that months or even years have gone by and we've been living startups 24/7. There is something very important about having and leading a healthy lifestyle-and no, working around the clock for all that time isn't healthy!! This week hear the signs that you may need a vacation or break from your business now!!
My guest this week is Heidi Schaefer, Founder and Director of the Project Chrysalis Foundation. This is a non-profit organization that supports women and children recovering from abusive situations.
