This week Mark is over the moon to be chatting with 3P legend psychologist Dr George Pransky about the 3 Principles psychology that is impacting people across the globe. George stumble upon the understanding in 1976 after being introduced to the late Sydney Banks and it radically changed how George worked with his clients. George has been instumental in introducing the understanding to many other psychologists and mental health experts aswell as the general public. Mark himself was profoundly impacted by a particular audio in which he heard George being interviewed and in many ways this led on to the creation of the Ice Cream 4 the Soul Blog Radio Show. George lives in La Conner Washington the HQ of Pransky and Associates.
Tonight's guest is John Parker of Ice B Gone Magic in Poughkeepsie NY. John was a guest earlier this month but his story is so riveting that we were unable to get throught the entire interview, so he is back tonight for Ice B Gone Magic - Part 2.
John Parker has been involved in the snow management field for over 18 years as a snow contractor and snow management consultant where his emphasis was anti icing and deicing practices incorporating liquids. He has worked throughout the United States, Eastern Europe, Canada, Finland, and South Korea. John is a CSP and has trained contractors and municipalities on winter liquids and how to best use them in their market. He was the first person to treat a stock pile of rock salt in North America which was to be used as an ice melting agent. This simple process which was actually done by accident back in 1996 created a whole new industry that has spread across the country. Currently, John establishes and trains a national network of liquid dealers from New York to Idaho that use, sell, and promote anti icing and deicing methods that are better for our environment and our wallets.
Today, three of the big four salt suppliers offer a treated salt. The popularity and demand for these products grows with every season.

In this week's episode - featuring myself, Gabe Lezra, Mike Platania, and Joshua Zeitlin - we discuss Real Madrid's match against sporting and Jese / James' role in the team. After that, we thoroughly dissect the transfer ban and what it could mean for Real Madrid, and then we spend about a huge chunk of time debating whether we need Pogba or not. On two seperate occassions, I was cornered by Gabe and Josh because I opted for the 'we don't need Pogba' route - highly entertaining. Then Josh takes off and we answer some question.
