Managing a team is hard enough but how do you manage a team when each team member works remotely?
Our guest, Justin Brackett, vice president of Shift Digital manages all strategic and creative aspects of digital campaign development. He works with 10 individuals closely. In fact, he spends 50+ hours with them weekly, collectively and individually. What makes this unique is that he hasn't met them IRL (in real life) ever! He does, however, meet them daily virtually and says he knows them on a very personal level.
Join us as Justin shares what makes a great team and how the team can successfully work together virtually.

"the daily complaint"
Every weekday we will be answering client complaints on THE DEBT SHOW to provide direction and resources for both the person complaining as well as other consumers experiencing similar issues whether it be mortgage fraud, loan servicing escrow issues, loan modification runarounds or denials, short sale refusals, deed in lieu negotiations and credit card debt collector abuses and fraud violations.
I routinely look for posts to answer in hopes that it will not only bring optimism to those homeowners and borrowers in distress but also some basic information to assist in fighting the banks that are "too big to fail" like Bank of America and Citi but yet don't appreciate the bailout that we provided in their time of need. The debt collectors like Ocwen and Nationstar are simply just scumbags but they can be beat at their own game too just like the big banks can be defeated.
We are committed to answering consumer complaints and addressing everyday credit and debt issues on THE DEBT SHOW!
We hope you enjoy THE DEBT SHOW...

Week 4 is finally in the books and the Mountain West looked just OK from some teams, others looked really good and a few were down right stinkers. Per usual, we go through each game to talk about what we say, and one trend we saw was the excess of quarterback play.
San Jose State, UNLV, Hawaii and New Mexico all used multiple quarterbacks on Saturday and not to shock anyone, and all but New Mexico lost their game.
We get into the San Diego State vs. Oregon State game and put away the notion that some Aztecs fans want to bench Quinn Kaehler. There were issues on offense and play calling but part of that has to do with wide receiver Ezell Ruffin out, but the San Diego State defense did a great job against Sean Mannion.
We probably spend a bit too much time going over Boise State and fawning over how they are the best team -- they really are -- and see what teams they can lose going forward on its schedule, and there are a few.
Why does only 19 % of the working population have a retirement savings?
Why does it seem like a monumental task to plan for retirement?
Will you have enough?
How do you determine how much to save for emergency funds?
Recession recovery, changing economics can you actually plan?
Can anyone afford a Financial Planner/Advisor?
Or can we all just simply think of wealth and ask the universe to plop it in our lap without doing anything else?
Here are just a few of the questions people are asking and tonight on Storytellers Campfire Eric Brotman President and Managing Principal of Brotman Financial Group has written the book "Retire Wealthy; The Tools You Need to Help Build Lasting Wealth On Your Own Or With Your Financial Advisor"

In the 4th installment of the NFL series here on West Coast Bias, Double K and The Doual will get to the bare bones of it. Only two West Coast teams left and the first comes from central California. That’s right the boys are traveling to Santa Clara to check in on the San Francisco 49ers the boys had a rough start to the preseason and finished strong. There were a lot of concerns about the first team offense and the boys are going to discuss how the team has looked in the first few weeks of the season and can they realistically make the playoffs (Spoiler alert the doual will say no and blame it on Colin Kapernick) So tune in on Sunday at 8pm PST to West Coast Bias right here on the 4ACES Network. www.Blogtalkradio.com/fouracespresents ...
Some teams in the National Football League have come out of the gates roaring while others are still looking to get their footing in 2014. But Week 3 is very important for those teams that are looking to avoid the dreaded 0-3 start to the season while salvaging their playoff hopes. Be sure to check out the 300lbsofsportsknowledge Show this Sunday at 9PM Eastern as I will be recapping Sunday afternoon's NFL action including the Super Bowl 48 rematch between the Denver Broncos and Seattle Seahawks.
The fun part of fantasy hockey leagues is the competition among rivals. Tonight we bring you a draft so full of rivalries that the blood runs wild. Yes, it is the old The Program fantasy hockey league which will start at 8:30pm ET. Timmy joins me and then who knows maybe a few surprises along the way
This year's league features TWENTY TEAMS. It has always been a vision of mine to go to the max and make this league as challenging as possible. The fun part is some categories have been changed so that the difficulty could be increased that much more.
A lot of the old guard is still in the league but some new talent has been brought in to challenge each division. Who will reign supreme? The quest for glory starts tonight!
The phone number as always is 1-347-826-7358. We go a full two hours for this special edition and let's face it...it is the beginning of so many drafts and all that preseason. Yes there is preseason hockey this evening. So come join us for a night of fireworks and more. We promise you won't be disappointed.
