    We are continuing with our "Topic" this week with, Types of relationships we have.


     Today's topic: Types of managers in the work place.


    It takes confident managers who care about their employees to figure out how to help their employees succeed under their wings. To determine what each of their employees brings to the table, managers can select the right positions for their employees according to their personal skills. These abilities might not be apparent or written in their resume, however, the manager can find out what they are by simply creating a work environment where the employees feel safe enough to open up to them. Given the chance, the employees will come up with ideas that will improve the work force as well as benefit the organization as a whole.


    What type of manager do you have? Overbearing? Lazy? Dismissive?


    What type of manager are you? Standard?


    What type of manager do you wish to have? Inspiring?


    What type of manager do you wish to be? Motivating
