Ron Arden, life navigator, was Director of the Substance Abuse Prevention Program (SAPP) in the Mamaroneck, NY School District. He was also a frequent lecturer at faculty and community seminars.  Ron returned to private practice in 2004 with a fresh perspective on working with people as a Life Navigator™. He adopted a fresh and very straightforward approach, “helping people get from where they are… to where they want to go in life.”™

We will be discussing how to stay focused on your ‘who’ while others may focus on your ‘what.’ This conversation will aim at: Understanding the distinctions between “Who we are,” “What we are,” and “What we Do” and knowing where we go for validation.
