Jason Jones is a married father of 2 girls and the Founder of DaddyUp. DaddyUp is the idea that in order for our children to become great, we as Men and Fathers must reach our ZENITH in order to lead them into LIFE.
How can we expect our daughters to know what a Real Man is without showing them what one looks like? How can we expect our sons to be better than us without showing them the blueprint of becoming a man? How can we expect GREATNESS from our children without becoming GREAT ourselves?
There was a preiod when being a DEADBEAT DAD was the norm. When doing the bare minimum to raise your child was expected. A time when we as MEN dropped the ball and put too much responsibility on Mothers to be Fathers. The goal of DaddyUp is to get us back to a place where being a FATHER is the #1 responsibility. A place where we as Fathers realize that it's no longer about us and make every effort to LIVE FOR OUR KIDS and STRIVE TO BE BETTER.

Philip Rivers entered the day leading the NFL in passing yards, and ended the day as the leader. Rivers set San Diego Charger records for completions (43), attempts (65), and yards (503) in a game. The Green Bay Packers defense allowed 548 total yards but knocked down Rivers 65th pass to secure the 27-20 victory. With the win, the Packers improve to 6-0 while the Chargers drop to 2-4.
The Chargers kept Aaron Rodgers and the Packer offense on the sideline for most of the game by dominating the time of possession. They held a 38:00 to 22:00 minute advantage. This equated to outgaining the Packers 548-370. The Packers had a hard time getting off the field on third down, as Rivers converted 50% of the Chargers third downs. Although, the Packers defense struggled to get off the field and allowed chunks of yards, they came up with a play when it mattered most. Damarius Randall knocked down Rivers pass intended for Danny Woodhead with 15 seconds left.
Aaron Rodgers had another pedestrian day completing 16 of 29 passes for 255 yards and two touchdowns. The Packers struggled to sustatin drives, and lost rookie Ty Montgomery to injury. This allowed wide receiver Jeff Janis to haul in his first career receptions. Eddie Lacy was uanble to get untracked rushing four times for three yards. James Starks had the longest touchdown play of the day. Starks took the handoff, was bottled up and spun off tackle. When you got outside it was a 65 yard foot race to the end zone giving the Packers a 14-3 lead. Afer three 80 plus yard scoring drives to start the game, the Packers offense began to stutter.

Playing music for people is my #1 passion.
I also equally love teaching music to anyone who is dedicated.
I love helping people achieve “aha” moments. Sometimes these insights “bleed” into a personal development – flavor!
Teaching music and life is my #2 passion.
This website is dedictaed to both of these passions.
As a 6 year old kid I started with Woody Mann as my teacher and learned little fingerpicking blues tabs from Reverend Gary Davis, Blind Blake and others.
Like many guitar players I went through the phases of rock, classical and then got deep into jazz.
B.F. – Before fingerstyle…
I played jazz guitar for many years in NYC, and got to play with some jazz greats along the way like Mike Longo (pianist for Dizzy Gillespie and my mentor), Alvin Queen (Drums for Oscar Peterson & Horace Silver), Dr. Lonnie Smith (B3 organ with George Benson), Buster Williams, Bob Cranshaw, Tal Farlow….the list goes on!
A.F. – After fingerstyle…
In 2006 I got way deep into fingerstyle guitar after hearing the one and only Tommy Emmanuel.
Since then – life has changed. I have toured worldwide (Bangkok, USA, Germany, Italy, Austria, Scotland, Bermuda, Singapore, Malaysia, Czech Republic), released several fingerstyle instruction DVDS (teaching Stevie Wonder, Jackson Five and Jazz Guitar), and amassed over 10 million YouTube views.
I hope that YOU learn some great fingerstyle guitar stuff here and enjoy the site! http://www.adamrafferty.com
It's the difference between war and rumors of war. Rumors of war are way worse than what's suppoes to happen especially when nothing happens while you wait.
