Our founding documents are designed to limit government action in certain areas. In fact, when people speak about "rights" they are not using the term correctly. Such as, People don't have the "right" to free speech. What they have is protection from excessive government interference or regulation of their speech. While the 4 branches government are crammed into three names: legislative- which is the Senate and House, executive which is the president and judicial which is the supreme court, the fifth branch that is not published are the American people, who are the real Boss. While the fifty states constitute the United States and each state has its own rights per the founding documents, the voter is still the Boss. Progressives realize this most, for they have been doing everything in their power to dumb down society starting within our school system. People are easier controlled if they are ignorant and who will simply begin to believe a lie that the real Boss is the majority of the elected officials. That is why they have done their best in slowly changing the word Republic to Democracy by stating to the Low informed that the names are the same.
The events in Ferguson are tragic. But they should also provide lessons for us.
These lessons should apply to all of us especially those who are in social media and who consider themselves part of the media.
I have not been to Ferguson. But there's a chance I may be there soon. I want to tell you about a crowdfunding project that is going on that I'm involved in. You will be seeing more soon. Check out my website www.JohnDaly.tv and also www.thebreakingnewsnetwork.com and www.BreakingFergusonNews.com
We are going to try to put citizen journalist tools in the hands of people in Ferguson Missouri. This way they can report the story is they see it. However we want to add journalistic skills and integrity and tools to the mix. So it's not just here's a video and put it up without context. There has to be reporting that goes along with it. I recently wrote a blog about not jumping to conclusions about what happened in Ferguson Missouri. My point: wait until all the evidence is in and all the evidence has been weighed in and analyzed. Yet on my Facebook and twitter pages the responses have been incredibly biased. When the initial autopsy reports came out saying that Michael Brown had been shot six times the conclusions of people on social media was incredibly wide. I won't go into them but let's just say that the conclusions of these people were based on incomplete information mixed with their own biases. Again my point: let's wait for all the analysis and the evidence to be reviewed before we make decisions. All we are doing on social media is muddying up the waters. If your aim is to get noticed by a certain group based on a certain list of biases, that's fine. But don't consider yourself an agent of the news and information that is helpful to the country. Some tips while posting.

America, the light of the world.
America, the land of opportunity.
America, where everyone can reach their dreams.
America, the land of the free.
America, where about half of the population lives on some form of subsidy.
America, where the poor keep getting poorer.
America, where we do not build things.
Join me this morning, Thursday August 21st, as we look at what has happened to the AMerican Dream for a large segment of our society. Our main focus will be on Poverty, the Minimum Wage issue and Personal Responsibility.
People put themselves in positions they don't want to be in many times because they do not realize they have value. So they "accept" many things they hate as a result. They accept a low responsibility job. They accept low pay. This also goes into why some ignore education. They feel they have no value so education won't add anything to them. For those that do have an idea that they have some self worth, a decision has to be made on how much? You work hard, come to work on time, stay late, etc. Is that worth $10 an hour? $6 an hour? $20 an hour? People determine how much your life is worth, and you agree to it when you sign your name to the papers. People also determine how long you will work for the money they've decided to pay you. Have you worked on your job longer than 5 years? 10 years? 15 years? 20 years? Not many can say they've been on the same job 5 years in a row, and definitely not 10 years. A small few have been in the same job for 15 straight years. Are they truly earning what they are worth?
That's the question. How much is your life worth? Does it matter? Do you care? Do your children care? Why should you care? General discussion, call in if you have thoughts.

He hails from Sacramento California. He goes by the name of BUENO. He was raised in the mean streets of South Sacramento in the Meadowview Carella Gardens Low Income Housing. This future Hip-Hop extraordinaire has been perfecting his craft for over a decade. Nothing could stop this lyricist from his one true love, Hip-Hop. Former high school basketball superstar and college graduate, BUENO could no longer ignore his identity in the entertainment business.
In 2001 BUENO formed Noyz Music Group with Michael “Yogi” Stewart, George Foreman Jr. and now Co-CEO Lavega Sims. Noyz Music Group continues to work aggressively to get BUENO’s music heard around the world. BUENO’s approach to music is to help open the eyes of the masses to the realities of those people who struggle with inner city life. It is their stories and personal experiences which drives his aggressive approach and his determination to bring Hip Hop back to its purest form. He credits his musical influences as being 2Pac, NWA, Scarface, Slick Rick, Biggie and Run DMC.
By 2003, the buzz about BUENO had created a strong following in the Northern California area. His first nationally distributed project, Change The Game (NMG), dropped in 2003. It featured fellow Northern California Hip-Hop icons such as E-40, Keak Da Sneak, and the late great Mac Dre. It was considered an instant regional classic. BUENO has opened up for acts like David Banner, Rick Ross, K-CI and JoJo, Mac Dre, Xzibit, Jaheim, E40, Suga Free, Keak Da Sneak and others.
