With the release of the movie Concussion on Christmas Day, is the controversial movie the beginning of the end of the NFL and football as we know it? The Core Show panelists for Diehard Sports Radio will discuss that. You may be surprised by the answer. We will also discuss the team that is in the drivers' seat in the suddenly messy AFC and who that teams' greatest threat is. Then, we'll react to the performance of Johnny Manziel against the San Francisco 49ers; the 49ers black hole of nothingness; why the Minnesota Vikings are the team of the future and why the future is not now. In the Ramscentric segment, members of the Facebook page LA RAMS vs St Louis Rams will discuss the recent revelation that relocation committee chairperson, Jerry Richardson, installed Disney CEO Bob Iger into the Carson project.
In the Lakersfocus/ NBA segment, we'll discuss Byron Scott taking the leash off the youngsters and allowing D'Angelo Russell to play more in crunch time thanks to Kobe Bryant no less.
Baseball-wise, we'll discuss the 2 primary formulas for running a Major League Baseball club in a non-salary cap league and how those formulas relate to what the Los Angeles Dodgers, Arizona Diamondbacks and Chicago Cubs are doing during the offseason. It will prove to be a bit of a wakeup call for impatient Dodgers' diehards.
As Christmas and New Years Day get closer, the sports stories and discussions get hotter. Happy holidays, diehards. Enjoy the show! Thank you for listening.
`There was no shortage of highs or lows in sports during the year of 2015. The Core Show panelists for Diehard Sports Radio will look back on some of those moments and determine the highest of the highs and the lowest of the lows. We'll make those determinations from such known quantities like Kobe Bryant, Serena Williams, American Pharoah, Lebron James, Peyton Manning, the Los Angeles Dodgers and others..
On the NFL front, Odell Beckham Jr of the New York Giants is all over the news for his aggressive behavior against Josh Norman of the Carolina Panthers during week 15. We will react to that and the 1-game suspension that was levied against him by the NFL on Monday. We will also point out another fatal flaw in the armor of the undefeated Panthers that could be exposed by a team like the Arizona Cardinals once the playoffs ensue. We will discuss certain teams and how they'll handle their starters over the final 2 weeks of the regular season in terms of either playing them or benching them to prevent injury. We will also hold our Ramscentric segment in which we'll ask our speical panelists from the Facebook page LA RAMS vs St Louis Rams about whether they believe there will be a delay in the NFL's return to Los Angeles or if they believe it will happen next season despite some of the recent developments surrounding the NFL Relocation Committee.
This will be a great show of looking back as well as forward. This will also be the last show for Diehard Sports Radio until next year. So, come enjoy one last taste of the flavor we've delivered to you all year long.
