Rod is an author that is a native of South Carolina. Just a few years ago in 2012, he started writing stories and decided that in spite of coming from a place where it seemed few people dared to dream big, he would fulfill his dream to be a published author. So he finished his first published novel, "The Confessions of a True Womanizer," earlier 2015 and immediately sought ways to spread the word.Rod has been featured on the talk show, "The Logan Power Show," in September 2015. He talked about his childhood coming up and how he was introduced into writing. You can find that show on Youtube.com under "Author Rod Ballard on The Logan Power Show." Rod has also been featured on plenty of Blog Talk Radio Shows--so he is no stranger to interviews. Rod is committed to fitness and living a positive life. It is his personal belief that the way you keep yourself up on the outside reflects who you are on the inside. In his spare time he enjoys reading, writing and listening to music of various styles but favors Smooth Jazz and R&B. He also commits to motivational speaking and anything that has a positive role in his life and the lives of others. Rod Ballard's future aspirations are to be a best-selling author and to see his works on movie screens.

The Total Tutor Neil Haley and Coach Karen Hall will interview Super Bowl Champion MIke Logan.
After a college career at WVU, Logan was a second-round draft pick for the Jacksonville Jaguars in 1997. As a rookie, Logan only recorded 15 tackles, but improved his second season to 29 tackles. He recorded his first NFL interception in his final and best season in 2000. Logan recorded 60 tackles that year, along with his first career sack and two interceptions.
Logan then went to the Steelers for the 2001 season, bringing him home to play for the team he grew up idolizing. Logan started out slowly his first two years in Pittsburgh, but by the 2003 season he had broken out. Logan had a career-high 94 tackles that year along with a sack. Unlike his previous two seasons of 2001 and 2002, Logan had no interceptions in 2003 (he had two INTs in 2001 and 1 INT in 2002). After being re-signed in 2004, Logan produced a career-worst 8 tackles for the season after suffering a season-ending injury and being placed on the injured reserve list. Logan tried to bounce back in 2005, but he was already a backup by then. Logan was a part of the championship Super Bowl XL team for the Steelers and won his first Super Bowl ring. He retired from professional football prior to the 2007 football season.
