Tim Frank (Foxhole Chicago), Jeffrey Mazza (New England Seafood Company) and Eric Michaels (Foxhole Chicago) join Mary E., to announce the First Annual Lobster Fest, in Chicago The New England Seafood Company, The Foxhole Chicago, Green Curtain Events and Navy Pier /SMG have partnered to launch The Great American Lobster Fest, Chicago’s first outdoor lobster and weekend music festival.

Craig Rexroad is the 2015 Redondo Beach Lobster Festival Director of Promotion & Sponsorship. He has more than 25 years’ experience in public relations, marketing & event promotion, management and creation. Craig has managed and directed communication campaigns, and provided counsel to clients, such as: Procter & Gamble, McDonald’s, Bridgestone Tire, Sunkist, Albertson’s, Nissan North America, Sega, and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, among others.
Wanting to give back to his community, Pete Moffett founded the Manhattan Beach Holiday Fireworks, an annual tradition now in its 28th year.

The 20th Annual Redondo Beach Lobster Festival will take place at Seaside Lagoon beginning Friday, September 25 and running through Sunday, September 27. The Chamber has completely revamped the Festival this year and it’s going to be bigger and better than ever!

Ed Roman is an Award-winning singer/songwriter, performer and multi-instrumentalist from Shelburne, Ontario, Canada. Blurring the lines between pop, rock, folk, and country music genres, Ed’s uniquely crafted songs have received regular rotation on more than 100 terrestrial radio stations across North America. Mickey Marraffino is the Dean of Lobster University which started two years ago when one of the Original Lobster Ladies brought up the need to bring in some new blood, creating a more consistent experience during the Lobster Festival. More lobsters meant more fun!
Together, our three guests developed the curriculum for Lobster University - a 3 month program culminating with the 3 day Lobster Festival which takes place this year from Sept 25 through September 27.
The Lobsters began gracing the Lobster Festival 20 years ago and have been a steady form of entertainment for both children and adults. Getting a photo with the lobsters is one of the best parts of the Festival. This year, they are fortunate to have the first mother /son lobster team.
Lucy Lobster has been working the Redondo Beach Lobster Festival or 17 years. Her expertise includes dancing, greeting, hugging and high fiving! Lucy brings joy and smiles to all attendees of the Lobster Festival.
Leilani Lobster was born in Maine and was brought to Redondo Beach Lobster Festival in 2000. Leilani loves having her picture taken with all her fans and loves to take over the dance floor and dance all night.
The current Lobster University students will be rehearsing at the RB Chamber Regional Mixer, a week from today on Wednesday, Aug 26 at 5:30 p.m. at Seaside Lagoon..
