Join us today on Women Leading the Way Radio as Michelle Bergquist, your host of Women Who Lead, interviews Deirdre Maloney, President of Momentum LLC.
The reason that work/life balance seems impossible to achieve is because...it is. The notion of having it all if we just organize our lives and set some limits does nothing but set us up for failure, stress and guilt. This is especially true for us women, who juggle an ever-increasing number of activities and relationships. The good news is that finding real balance - and the happiness that comes with it - is absolutely possible. We'll tell you how to get it.
As the CEO and Co-Founder of Connected Women of Influence, Michelle Bergquist is a passionate advocate for women in business. At Connected Women of Influence, we believe that more women need to lead in business and everything we do is center-focused on designing platforms, programs, connections and collaborative opportunities for b2b women to prosper, succeed and lead the way in business today!

Jesse interviews Mony Dojeiji and Alberto Agraso - who developed Walking For Peace. They have co-authored several books including "Walking For Peace, An Inner Journey. Alberto also inspires the world through his creative skills and artistic endeavors; where he creates sculptures, illustrations, comics, paintings, and sketches which include soul portraits. Together they are pilgrims who have chosen to dedicate their life's journey to the inner transformation, to awakening the sacred within and sharing its gifts with the world. They each walked the 800-kilometre Camino in northern Spain and, later that same year, another 5000 kilometres from Rome to Jerusalem on a pilgrimage for peace that lasted 13 months and took them through 13 countries. Their experiences form the basis of their belief that change begins within, and that action grounded in a consciousness of love is the most powerful elixir to heal all that is wounded in our world. We will be looking at their Walk For Peace. You can learn more about their work at: www.walkingforpeace.com

Global business adviser and the foremost authority on Generational Issues and Workforce Culture Strategies, Brad Szollose returns for the 3rd in a series of interviews centered on understanding and working with Millennials. The first time Brad was on Your Partner in Success was back in April, and he explained WHY Millennials act the way they do…if you haven’t listened to it, it was such an eye-opening podcast, I decided to bring Brad back for a part two…
In the second part, Brad asked If Baby Boomers have been betrayed and explained the economic impact of inflation and government on our economic future. As Millennials rise into positions of power, Baby Boomers will be facing poverty in their old age…He touched on The Sandwiched Boomers, Millennials rising, Gen X being ignored, and how Boomers will HAVE to start a business, and create their own Brand online. I hope everyone Googled "The Brand Called You."
You can listen to the first two interviews here:
Bridging the Generational Divide: Part 1
Bridging the Generational Divide: Part 2
Today, Brad is back to answer a few more questions about Millennials and where Boomers fit in, and answer the bigger question: So now that we know what’s about to happen, what do we do about it?
