This week we welcome medium, Melinda Kushner.
With nearly two decades of renowned experience as a Medium, Melinda Kushner has shared her Mediumship and Psychic abilities with hundreds of individuals and groups, while commandeering mentor programs and meditation services.
Via her website, www.melindakushner.com, she has a mandate to offer elevated awareness of mind, soul and self, where Melinda has helped many to discover what is truly important in life and the afterlife. Among the essential questions, she helps clients and students explore: What is beyond our physical bodies on earth? What happens when our loved ones pass on? Why and how do they communicate with us after passing?
Her Mediumship has been with her since childhood, guided by intense training for the past two decades. Melinda has studied at the U.K.’s renowned Arthur Findlay College of Spiritual and Psychic Sciences, and continues her studies at the college. Melinda has continued her work in a private mentorship program with the famous Mavis Pittilla, as well as a ministry program with Janet Nohavec of The Journey Within Spiritualist Church in New Jersey. Melinda is also a member of The Spiritualist National Union (SNU).
For many years, Melinda worked as a nurse, specializing in ophthalmology. She grew up in Southern California, where she continues to live with her husband and 4 children.
“Everybody has an ability. It’s our job as humans to unlock these abilities and utilize them to benefit ourselves, the world around us and the spirit world, by creating a loving and healing bridge between our two worlds”.
Hostess Lisa Winton and Swami Jayananda will be talking about fear and freedom; two terms that just will not mix. They will explain that fear and anger belong to the realms of matter and mind, continuing with, the physical body is driven by preservation and survival instincts; we move toward what we what and away from what we don't want. They will discuss the process of mastery over the body as a way to access the mind; then explain, how, mind now becomes the ultimate expression of self and Spirit is the ultimate expression of mind. To find "freedom" from this trap we have to make some changes and convert the body/mind complex into a Prana seeking organism. This new covenant brings liberation from insatiable cravings and unnecessary demands. Join the Kriya Yoga Spiritual Advance to get the light in your soul; initiate your process to become liberated from all unnecessary dependencies.
Away from the Miracle League baseball diamonds, physically but not yet mentally, and back in the Downtown Milton Studio where hopefully this week the other end of the studio works. Sorry we missed the ADA's birthday and guests last week, but Forward Ho! (I despise problems I can't fix!)

The topics of this show are based on Lakota Star Knowledge and may include viewing current events from the Ancient Lakota perspective. This show's objective is perpetuate peace among all people, as the foundation of all universes is based on "Mitakuye Oyas'in". The Lakota Star Knowledge definition of "Mitakuye Oyas'in" is that before you can be at peace with all the relatives throughout all universes, you must first have peace among all the relatives within your own inner universe. The mind, body, soul and emotions are all connected to each other. When you do your best in nurturing these four parts, you will establish peace within yourself. Only then are you able to be at peace with all creation around you.
