No More Regrets/ Overcoming Life's Challenges

    in Health

Join Partners in Health and Biz talk show host Gail Dixon and her special guest, Dr. Pamela Love as we discuss her new book, "I Want My Vagina Back" and what it means to be clear about your values and thus minimize your regrets.

In addition, Dr. Love has also created an I-phone app called "Dump Your Date", which came out of a conversation with her pastor. They were talking about the many women who in relationships, see the red flags when we meet someone.

"And it's like a train track, you're about to cross the track and we see the red light flashing, but still decide to cross over," explains Dr. Love.

With the book and the app, it's really about  helping us to think and become more values driven about the decisions that we make.

This is a pre-recorded show, therefore, we will not be accepting phone calls.

Life's Challenges then off to the Bedroom

    in Lifestyle

Donald Ray Mills asks: Are celebrations really necessary?

He shared on social media the following story. My twins, Donald and Dorian just had a birthday- (see photo album). I swear, I was just as happy when we celebrated their 4th birthday. I had the same clown on one of their cakes. How about you? Celebrations bring family and friends together for a joyful occasion. They encourage, inspire, motivate and let others know how much they are loved and appreciated. They are excellent opportunities to bond and network. Life Challengers. What do you think? Who will you recognize? What is the occasion? Do something on behalf of another, just because! We need to spend more time catching someone doing something right, then, having a party to celebrate the occasion! Life Challengers and friends, please share your thoughts so we may inspired, motivated, encouraged and enlightened by them. (Can you relate?)
