Sorry I missed last week. Had a few life issues going on myself. So this week I want to make it up to you and talk about what's going on in your life. I have been reading my FB news feed and it seems like a lot of people are having life issues, from relationships to work, from family to friends. Every once in a while it's nice to get it off your chest. I'm listening.

When Mid-Life Issues Interfere with Life

    in Current Events

Bruce Peppin, author of the book The Best is Yet to Be: Moving Mountains in Midlife, says “Perched on the front stoop of old age, Baby Boomers (born 1946-1964) are more downbeat than other age groups about the trajectory of their own lives.” Boomers find themselves in a funk – pessimistic about their future, stressed, unhappy, and increasingly leaving long term marriages in what’s now referred to as “Gray Divorce.”

“Dealing with life’s hardships is nothing new,” says Peppin. “Past generations have done that. What’s unique for today’s mid-lifers is managing problems that are more severe because of societal breakdown and technological change.” Peppin, who struggled through his own mid-life crisis, says that midlife problems are part of our journey and part of the mountains we must conquer. He has some ideas about how to consider the bigger picture and come through to the other side victoriously. Everyone over thirty needs to hear this.

Stress- We have some idea of how stress affects us mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and physically. We know that it is intense and perceived pressure which needs to be addressed; otherwise, there will be manifestations occurring such as: migraines, backaches, depression, psychosis, impaired cognition with memory loss, suicides, homicides and other opportunistic conditions, etc. However, stress can harmfully affect other dimensions of our lives--which we rarely consider.

Our Soul Chooses a Core Issue for This Life, Part 2 ~ Grace Christian

    in Motivation

Each of us is a complex masterpiece who chooses to learn on a soul level through a primary core issue: self-worth, abandonment, or not trusting.  We work out these issues by means of one of four major avenues for learning: our body, career, relationships, or finances.  Together, these set the stage for the events that occur in our life; allowing us to come to a new understanding of who we know ourselves to be . . .  and who we are becoming. Grace has talked about how this plays out in the Self Worth Core Issue, and she is back to discuss the other issues.

Grace will give case histories from her practice of individuals who attracted the perfect circumstances to learn through a core issue.

Grace Christian began practicing meditation while still in the corporate world, and believes it is what led her to the work she has been doing as a medical/spiritual intuitive for over 17 years.
Grace left the corporate world, and began studying healing.  Eventually, she began to see images of areas of disease or illness inside the body of clients, as well as images indicating what  caused the illness.

Other information began to come, such as images describing the person's unique gifts, what was happening on their life path, their soul’s core issue, and so much more.

Helping people learn to develop and trust their own intuition is one of Grace’s primary objectives as she feels it is imperative that each of us learn to use our whole brain to make wise choices in life and bring to us solutions to the complex issues that we face in our world.

In learning of others’ soul scenarios, we can better comprehend what is true for ourselves and understand why we attract the learning we do.
