Each year a new fad diet comes out...gluten-free, fat-free, sugar-free, carb-free...it seems to never end! Some people try them just to jump on the latest craze, while others hope they will solve their gastrointestinal (GI) problems. Unfortunately, fad diets often lead to misdiagnosis for many people as they try to treat unpleasant GI symptoms – they may even ignore their symptoms or be too embarrassed to bring them up with their doctor. What people may not know is that they could be living with an under-recognized condition called exocrine pancreatic insufficiency, or EPI. Dr. Roshini Raj returns to the Ask MomRN Show to teach us about EPI and the danger of fad diets. Dr. Roshini Raj is a gastroenterologist at NYU Medical Center/Tisch Hospital in New York City, a Today show contributor, a bethenny contributor, the Good Day NY Medical Correspondent, and the Medical Editor of Health Magazine.

Author, Lindsay Anne Kendal: I never knew what I wanted to do with my life until I began writing. This is my dream. I get most of my inspiration from music. I’ll sit listening to it and suddenly I’m no longer in the room. My stories play like videos in my mind, then I go and write them down.
I'm a very dark person, I love anything spooky, supernatural, or unexplainable, and so that’s the genre I want to write in for the rest of my life.
Some of Lindsay's books: Bloodlines, Torment, Revelations, Leticia

Viki Winterton interviews Leticia Fuerte!
About seven years ago, Leticia found a way to activate her inner power and connect with Divine Loving Energy to heal herself from pain, stress, depression and a prognosis of imminent heart failure.
She refused all medications. Instead, she focused on taking nutritional supplements and – by working with Divine help and developing her own healing techniques – started the journey towards healing her mind, body, and spirit. Today, Leticia is a healthy, happy, youthful person full of joy and gratitude for all the blessings in her life. She is committed to sharing and empowering others to do for themselves what she did for herself all those years ago.
Leticia wrote and recorded an audio book to teach people how to meditate and connect with their angels and God with ease. Later, she developed a home study course to learn more about the human energy system and how to protect one’s energy by releasing and dissolving "toxic" energy, even if it has already manifested as illnesses or health problems.
Leticia’s techniques can help people release energy patterns they no longer need or want, and replace the old energy with more positive vibration or frequency to attract better results in their lives in general.
Leticia resides in Phoenix, AZ and she is also an active Realtor, proud mother, and grandmother who look decades younger than her chronological age.
