Us against them, blood on the hands of America!

    in Entertainment

There seems to be a never-ending surge of violence in America. Some of it is coming from those serving within our police force. While we know that within every community there are those that take what they do to heart and have care and concern for what they do, there are also those that misuse their authority. When that misuse leads to death and destruction, as a community we must have a voice. Join us this Monday November 30 and share your views 9 AM EST.

Just Breathe... and give thanks for the journey and love.

    in Women

    Our intentions are pure...

Just Breathe is a retreat for your soul.

An invitation to pause on purpose and give thanks for the journey.

Welcome Beth O'Connor...a playful, radiant voice of grace.

This month we have intentionally engaged in a practice of gratitude. Today we will experience a guided meditation to honor our relationship with self, spirit and the universe.  Slowing down we bring awareness to the breath as a doorway into peace. Beth will join Simply Grace founders Diahana Barnes and Nancy Feth in the studio and lead a guided meditation, inviting us to slow down, savor and appreciate this journey of life.

This is a gentle reminder to slow down and pause...be still for a moment. Connect to your spirit for guidance, light and love.  Through a sacred space of divine interruptions we nurture our soul, clear our mind, and nourish our body... honoring our self-care needs and renewing our spirit.  This show features a beautiful centering experience offered to gently create awareness and connection to the abundant grace present in our lives.  In this beautiful space of stillness and guided meditation, we honor ouselves and the movement of grace.

Cafecito Break - Dance Your Dream

    in Spirituality

Welcome to our virtual living room space with your hosts Rosangel Perez and Ruthie Guten.  Our topic today is "Dance Your Dream" with Special Guest Pastor Ben and Dj Gavin Russom.

The Rev. Ben Mckelahan is an interactive artist, fairy tale writer, and Lutheran Pastor.  Since he stumbled upon Lutheranism and Theatre of the Oppressed, Ben has been fascinated with how to use art and games to create a community that embodies God’s unconditional love.

Ben serves as the pastor of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church.

Gavin Russon -  is a sound, visual, and music artist, originally from Providence, Rhode Island, he currently lives in New York City. He has also spent a significant amount of time based in Berlin which he considers his second home. From an early age, he became interested in experimenting with sound, image and movement and investigating the territory where the boundaries between them blur. Not surprisingly, his career has straddled many worlds and scenes. Looking beneath genre and the shifting landscape of stylistic trends, Russom's focus is really the vital energy present in all earthly things and the ecstatic nature of reality. As a result his creative output, an attempt to continually liberate and channel these energies, often overlaps one medium with another yet still represents a remarkably consistent vision.
