Episode 5 - Three Open Carry Bills; Only One Protects Your Rights

    in Politics

What's so important about constitutional carry and why is it so hard for politicians to just respect our rights. Let's talk about it!

SISFI's The Laws and Legalities of Workplace Abuse

    in Lifestyle

SISFI hosts 5 part series on “The Human Impacts of Workplace Bullying” on SISFI Radio to highlight the real challenges (physical, emotional, financial, societal, family, behavioral) faced by victims on various levels and aspects of their lives, and to raise the levels of education, awareness and availability of and need for more resources for them. The series also focus on the impediments, bias and broken corporate policies and judicial system that continues to allow the cycle of abuse in workplaces because the laws do not effectively address the topic of “abusive conducts” for victims to have the protection, safe haven and fear from retribution for speaking out on their behalf against their abuser.

The series runs through March and April focusing on the ripple effects on family and friends of the victims as well as on existing and new legislations in effect to provide updates and developments on them across the US. Guest speakers includes advocates, victims, legal counsel and legislators across the US who are fighting to pass legislation for the Healthy Workplace Bills and corporate policies to put an end to this kind of abuse and behavior.

The 5 parts are scheduled as followed:

    March 10th, 8pm, pt. 1 ~ Introduction to Workplace Abuse/Bullying
March 17th, 8pm, pt. 2 ~ The Criminality and Victimology of Workplace Abuse
March 26th, 8pm, pt. 3 ~ The Victim, A look at the life of and struggles dealing with Workplace Abuse

Reform & Legalized Slavery of Elders. Are we heading in the right direction?

    in Politics

Tony Hutton will be co-hosting this evening.

Marcia Southwick will return to the show to give a summary of the state of New Mexico, adult legislations for 2013.  Marcia also publishes, Boomers Against Elder Abuse on Facebook.  This group is growing each day and heading towards 35,000 members.

In response to the exposure of the corruptive practices now being exposed in probate and family courts, many interested "stakeholders"......such as Guardianship associations, the BAR association, and many in the medical complex are leaning on state legislatures to expand their death grip on the elder community, and to make legal the theft of estates, the stripping of rights and the willful ignoring of standing state statutes meant to protect the victims from the predators.

Some of these new laws seem to heading backwards, but a few are good.

Issues are things like Due process, the role of guardian ad litem, Mediation, guardian background checks, guardianship financial authority, ward's rights--etc. There are maybe 5 or so states to highlight, including New Mexico, Texas, Tennessee, Idaho, and Nevada.

In New Mexico, insanity has taken over.

How A.D.325 Turkish bible was used to mutate people thinking

    in Education

How the A.D. 325 Turkish bible was used to mutate people's thinking. Hardly anyone associated Turkey with the bible, but it was at a place name Iznik, or Nicea that Constantine 1, held his 1 - 7 council meetings to canonzied the scripture.  Over several sessions the assembly of 300 bishops from across the Christian world attended to settle doctrines (1)  that  Christ was not equal with God but a lesser divine being. (2) the date of easter. (3) various matters of church administration. (4) icons used for idolatry. (5) 1097 use of the  First Crusade, (6) the second coming of Christ. Everything of the council meeting was later imposed on the world in 1220 A.D. by emperor and papal violent legislations to punish heretics against the ecclesiastical regime/Rome.
