.TIM WITHERSPOON - EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW - WED, OCT 1, 2014 -11:00 am PST hosted by THE LEGAL GUY /ARRON GONZALES
“Terrible” Tim Witherspoon was born and raised on the streets of South Philadelphia, and he came into the world in December 1957. Times were hard back then, and especially for the Witherspoon’s who lived between the Italians and the Irish, and the kids never went to school on St. Patrick’s day. Tim’s is a story about a boy who came up the hard way, but he never really knew what talent he had until the great Muhammad Ali picked him out to spar with him when he made his comeback in the late seventies. Within four years of becoming a professional boxer Tim was going toe-to-toe with Larry Holmes for the WBC heavyweight championship of the world, but the fight was promoted by Don King and, despite so many people saying he won that night; he knew the only way he was going to lift that belt was if he KO’d the champ. Somehow Larry stayed on his feet, and the rest as they say is history. Tim held two different versions of the World Heavyweight Championship, the WBC and the WBA Titles in the 1980’s. WitherspoonBelt He now resides in Philadelphia and spends time in the UK raising money for charity and visiting his family, as well as commentating and offering personal boxing training and guidance. This year he is writing his explosive autobiography with Ryan Danes, and training his son Tim Witherspoon Jnr.
Tim Witherspoon (born December 27, 1957) is a retired American boxer who for two brief periods in the mid-1980s held the WBC then WBA World Heavyweight Championship titles.

Attorney Sarah Steele and writer Bennet Pomerantz discuss the subjects of the day.
The audience should know that although Ms. Steele is a licensed attorney, she is not offering legal advice in any capacity, is not establishing an attorney/client relationship with anyone listening to the show, and recommends that any listener of the show consult a local attorney for any legal advice they may require.
This show is about us discussing hot topics and how they relate to the law.
Tonight we discuss the case surrounding the death of Joan Rivers. There are many issues surrounding this tragic case, including the civil and criminal liability that the doctors that treated Ms. Rivers could face. Were the doctors negligent in their treatment of the famous comedienne? Was consent given for the "selfie" that the doctor took while Ms. Rivers was unconscious? If no consent was given, does that make the doctor "egregiously" negligent, thereby raising their liability from civil to criminal? Tune in and hear the hosts discuss the specifics about Ms. Rivers' death.
Attorney Fred Kray and the PBLNR crew will discuss with Richard Rosenthal of the Lexus Project breed discrimination in Fall River, WI, and the law and politics surrounding the repeal effort. Regualr show episodes include:
