Learn how she got into fitness, juggling family life and fitness/healthy living and her future plans. She will also give advice to women who want to get started in fitness and get the best shape of their lives and be the best they can be at any age.
In common with many women, hitting her 40’s was a time of inner reflection which led Laura to the realization that she was out of shape, her hormones were off the charts, she had fat in places it has never been before, and not the confident person she once was. It was time for CHANGE and Laura embraced it with passion!
Cleaning up her diet and eating organic foods and embarking on an exercise program were two steps that began her journey to physical and spiritual transformation. Reading and studying about fitness and nutrition lead her to study at the largest nutrition school in the country, Integrative Nutrition and also to become a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer by the NSCA.
Laura is an online fitness and nutrition coach who has helped hundreds of women reclaim their health and their fitness through healthy clean eating, weight training and chemical free living.

As East's reputation grew on the L.A. session scene, so did his job calls. From that point on, East worked consistently. He toured with Loggins appearing with the singer at Live Aid in 1985. Eric Clapton heard Nathan and invited him to join his band. With keyboardist Greg Phillinganes and drummer Phil Collins, they toured the world over and performed multiple concerts at London's Royal Albert Hall which resulted in the release of Clapton's "24 Nights" CD, (1988). With Clapton, he would go on to record numerous CD's including Journeyman, August, Behind The Sun, Pilgrim, Reptile and the Multi-Grammy Award winning multi-platinum Clapton MTV Unplugged CD.In 1990, while in the studio recording Bob James' Grand Piano Canyon album, the keyboardist asked East, Lee Ritenour, and Harvey Mason if they'd be interested in forming a group where each member would be an equal partner and could contribute songs. James, who at the time held an executive position at Warner Bros.' jazz A&R department, got them a deal with the label; a couple of months later, the group now known as Fourplay began recording their debut album. Their first record, 1991′s Fourplay, sold over a million copies and remained at the number one position on Billboard's contemporary jazz charts for 33 weeks. Their next LP, 1993′s Between the Sheets, reached number one, went gold, and received a Grammy nomination. In 1995, their third gold album, Elixir, inherited the number one position from Kenny G's Breathless and remained on the charts for more than 90 weeks. Fourplay's 4 album entered the jazz charts at number one when guitarist Larry Carlton joined the band. Now, after fifteen years together, nine CD's and 5 Grammy nominations, Fourplay's X CD debuted at number one (Billboard Contemporary Jazz) remaining there for more than two months.

Jack Woodville London is an internationally acclaimed author, World War II historian and trial-attorney in Austin, Texas. He is a graduate of the University of Texas Law School and a former captain in the US Army Quartermaster Corps. Jack’s foundation began when he was elected managing editor of the University of Texas International Law Journal in 1970. Since then he has authored a long list of technical articles and papers on various legal topics, and has spoken at numerous legal programs throughout the United States as well as internationally. In 2003, Jack put aside legal writing to enroll in the prestigious writing school of St. Céré, France where he graduated from among other esteemed writers.
London has spent much of his life exploring a deep interest in World War II and its effects on the home front—particularly small towns. His love for writing and history united to produce his French Letters series of novels which have been internationally praised for their meticulous historical research and ability to capture the language, attitudes, and moral culture of their setting in prose described by reviewers as ‘beautiful, but not pretentious.’
Jack’s passion for writing resonates in all of his literary works, earning them the national acclaim they have received. Most recently, Jack’s French Letters series received honorable mention at the 2011 London Book Festival and The Military Writers Society of America awarded him the prestigious honor of 2011-2012 Author of the Year for Engaged in War, the second installment in the trilogy.

"CONQUERING YOUR WELLNESS BODY - BE THE MASTER OF YOUR OWN BODY" witth Dr. Richard London
With this shift in awakening many aspects of the self have come to the surface, aspects that we have had to shift our perception of. One such aspect of the self that has been expanded has been the body and how one can achieve wellness within the body. In the 3D realm, we have related to the body as being separate from the us. For many, it was previously accepted that there was almost no connection between the spirit and the body, our emotions and our body and certainly not consciousness and our body, which led to the the creation of diseases and suffering. Here to share with us how to conquer our wellness body and to be the master of our body is Dr. Richard London. For a free fifteen minute session with Dr. London or for any insights or questions you may have, email him at email@example.com or call him at (720) 213-8021 You won't want to miss this show!
As Baba Wesley Gray traines for his 15 New York Cith Marathon in 2014, he shares with us the and exciting elements of this years auspicious race.
"The New York City Marathon returned after a one-year absence with big crowds, heightened security and a familiar champion. Geoffrey Mutai successfully defended his title Sunday, 11/3/13, while fellow Kenyan Priscah Jeptoo came from behind to win the women's race. Brons resident Buzunesh Deba finished runner-up for the secound straight time in her hometown event.
Fans again packed the 26.2 mile course, undaunted by the events of the past year. The 2012 NYC Marathon was canceled because of the devastation of Superstorm Sandy, but not before many New Yorkers were enraged by initial plans to hold the race.
After the bombings at April's Boston Marathon, bomb-sniffing dogs roamed the course, and barricades limited access points to Central Park. A record of 50,740 runners started the race through the five boroughs.
Mutai, pulled away around Mile 22 and beat Ethiopia's Tsegaye Kebede by 52 seconds. On a windy morning, Mutai's time of 2 hours, 8 minutes, 24 seconds was well off his course record of 2.05:06 set in nearly perfect conditions two years ago. He is the first man to repeat in New York since Kenya's John Kagwe in 1997-98. Kebede, the london Marathon champ, clinched the $500,000 bonus for the World Marathon Majors title. Priscah Jeptoo, the 2012 Olympic silver medalist and 2013 London Marathon Champ won in 2:25:07 to clinch the $500,000 World Marathon Majors bonus."
