The American Academy of Pediatrics recently published a policy statement that tackles youth football. This week’s guest Dr. Gregory L. Landry, is one of two lead authors of that policy statement. This is a must listen for parents who have children playing Football.
Dr. Landry, specializes in pediatric and adolescent primary care sports medicine. He is board certified in pediatrics and sports medicine. Dr. Landry was one of 20 founders of the American Medical Society of Sports Medicine, which now has more than 1,800 members. He also played youth football through college.

EAST FINAL: Hamiltoin Tigercats in Ottawa against the REDBLACKS the 2nd year team in the league beat the representative from the last 2 Grey Cups Hamilton 35-28. 93 yard pass and run, buzzer beater from Smiling Hank Burris to Greg "the duke" Ellingson a former reject of the Ticats. Both Players had both a history with Hamilton and a motivation to beat the two time Grey Cup losers the last 2 years.
WEST FINAL: The defending Grey Cup Champion Calgary Stampeders were in Edmonton against the Eskimos, the Esks winning 45-31 in another revenge motivated game. In this one Riley had a chance to play, yes with a brace but to protect and keep healthy.

Join Jeff Hartman and Chris Carter of Behind the Steel Curtain to discuss the latest Pittsburgh Steelers victory. The Steelers were 30-9 winners over the Cleveland Browns in Week 10 at Heinz Field, and move their record to 6-4 heading into their Week 11 bye week.
Landry Jones, who started the game, left in the first quarter with a left ankle injury, and Ben Roethlisberger came off the bench and directed the Steelers to an impressive win.

We recap some of the important games from Week nine, in the NFL. The Denver Broncos visited Indianapolis and Andrew Luck got the better of Petyon Manning. The Broncos sitll have a three game lead over the Oakland Raiders, in the AFC West. The suprising Raiders traveled to Heinz Field and tied the game late. Backup quarterback Landry Jones led the Steelers down the field to kick the game winning field goal after Ben Roethlisberger was injured. This is the second injury this season for Roethlisberger. After spraining his knee, he now has sprained his foot and his return is undetermined at this time. The Minnesota Vikings needed overtime to defeat the pesky St. Louis Rams. The Vikings move to 6-2 and claim a share of the NFC North lead. Listen in and give us a call with your favorite game of the weekend.
Nicholas Snow welcomes filmmaker Michelle Clay and one of the co-stars of her film Better Half, Jaimie Fauth (Leo), who plays opposite Grant Landry (Tony) in the film. Better Half is the second feature written, produced and edited by Michelle Clay. Start Cam Newton of the Panthers against the Colts. The Colts are a mess and Newton will roll all over them. Sit Peyton Manning who has struggled all season and will not do any better against the Packers. Sleeper QB is Jay Cutler of the Bears who has been successful against the Vikings.
On running backs start Todd Gurley of the Rams. Against the Niners, he will have another high points day. Sit Latavius Murray of the Raiders against the Jets. Jets defense is pretty stout against the run. Sleeper Chiefs Charcandrick West who will run through the Lions defense.
Start wide receiver Alshon Jeffrey of the Bears who has done well against the Vikings and will be looking to catch up on what he has missed. Sit Randall Cobb of the Packers against a tough Broncos defense, he won't do much. Sleeper will be Dolphins Jarvis Landry who will succeed against a Patriots defense who have given up fantasy points against wide receivers.
Start Tyler Eifert of the Bengals against the Steelers. Sit Eric Ebron of the Lions against the Chiefs and choose Larry Donnell as your sleeper.
The Arizona Cardinals lost to the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday and did so losing to Landry Jones, Pittsburgh's third string quarterback. Carson Palmer threw two interceptions and missed a wide open John Brown in the end zone. The Cards could only score one touchdown in four red zone trips.
After the loss, hosts Jess and Seth talk about the different issues and wonder how in the world the Cardinals lost that game. They were dominating the first half. They talk QB play, offensive line play, the lack of focus and discuss the notion of the Cardinals beating themselves.
