    in Lifestyle

This program is presented by Gracefully Yours greeting cards and Signature Journals. Visit www.shop.gracefully-yours.com for specials. Left Behind is an apocalyptic Action-Thriller movie starring Nicolas Cage based on the New York Times bestselling novel that brings biblical prophecy to life in modern times.

The most important event in the history of mankind is happening right now. In the blink of an eye, the biblical Rapture strikes the world. Millions of people disappear without a trace. All that remains are their clothes and belongings, and in an instant, terror and chaos spread around the world. The vanishings cause unmanned vehicles to crash and burn. Planes fall from the sky. Emergency forces everywhere are devastated. Gridlock, riots and looting overrun the cities. There is no one to help or provide answers. In a moment, the entire planet is plunged into darkness.

The Steele family is caught on the razor’s edge of that darkness. RAY STEELE, an airline pilot, struggles to calm, and ultimately to save the lives of the passengers that remain on his flight, as the world below loses its ability to help his plane, and any other to safety. Running out of fuel, his equipment failing, his crew escalating into panic, Ray must guide the plane with the help of GWN reporter, CAMERON “BUCK” WILLIAMS who takes over the role of co-pilot in the face of the crisis. For Buck Williams, being trapped at 30,000 feet with a plane full of terrified passengers means a struggle to understand the incomprehensible.

On the ground, Ray’s daughter CHLOE STEELE struggles to find her young brother and mother, both of whom may have disappeared in the Biblical event. Forcing herself through the chaos, Chloe must navigate a world filled with terror and despair.

Breaking Prophecy News; Where the Dead Are Now, Part 3 (TPDR #462)

    in Religion

PROPHECY HEADLINES: UK gears up for long mission against ISIS in Iraq | Israel vows strong response to continued Hamas attacks | Russia, Ukraine, Germany, and France meet on Ukraine | Earthquake swarm hits Iceland | Cameron warns ISIS could bring terror to streets of London

The Bible says in John 6:39: “And this is the Father's will which hath sent me, that of all which he hath given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last day.”

PROPHECY BOOTCAMP: "Where the Dead Are Now (Part 3)" from Dr. Tim LaHaye

It is important to note that the story in Luke 16:19-31 is not a parable, but the record of a specific experience. Characters in parables are not given definite names but are identified as "a certain man," "a man," "a householder," and so on. This story includes names -- Abraham and Lazarus -- as Jesus relates the factual record of two men who lived and died (possibly just prior to the telling of the story). They both went to Hades, but not to the same part.

It appears from this passage that Hades is comprised of three compartments: Abraham's bosom, the great gulf fixed, and the place of torment. The most desirable compartment in Hades, picturesquely called Abraham's bosom or paradise, is a place of comfort. In Luke 16:25 Abraham says of Lazarus, "Now he is comforted." This would be the paradise of the Old Testament, to which the souls of the righteous dead went immediately after death...

The Millennial Kingdom: A Rebellious Youth Movement and the End of Satan (#457)

PROPHECY HEADLINES: Israel, Gaza begin new 72-hour ceasefire | Backed by US airstrikes, Kurds make gains against ISIS | Russian navy forces U.S. submarine out of its waters | Anti-Semitism 'now on a mass level' in Europe | al-Maliki refuses to resign, deploys militia in Baghdad

The Bible says in Luke 17:26-27: “And as it was in the days of Noah, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man. They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed them all.”

PROPHECY BOOTCAMP: "The Millennial Kingdom: A Rebellious Youth Movement and the End of Satan" from Dr. Tim LaHaye

In spite of the ideal conditions arranged by God to attract a maximum number of people to accept His free gift of salvation by receiving His Son, many will rebel at the end of the 1,000-year kingdom. Revelation 20 indicates that at the end of the 1,000 years, Satan will be loosed from the bottomless pit to go out "to deceive the nations" — that is, to tempt them to rebel against God. The reason God allows this to happen is so that all the unsaved people living on the earth will be forced to make a decision about whether they will receive Christ before God establishes the eternal order. We have already seen that these unsaved will be people under l00 years of age, according to Isaiah 65:20, for only believers will live past their hundredth birthday.

Prophecy News; The Two Stages of the First Resurrection, Pt 2 (TPDR#459)

    in Religion

PROPHECY HEADLINES: Earthquake in Ecuador kills 4, injures 8 | Israel moves troops back to Gaza border as ceasefire ends | Iran says Hezbollah is ready to open new front against Israel | Less than 10% of pastors are willing to preach on controversial issues from the Bible | ISIS in Iraq shifts tactics , complicating US airstrike campaign

The Bible says in Luke 21:25: “And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring.”

PROPHECY BOOTCAMP: "The Two Stages of the First Resurrection (Part 2)" from Dr. Tim LaHaye

John writes in Revelation 20:4, “And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.” Then he wrote: “But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection. Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.”

Breaking Prophecy News; A Wondrous Age (The Prophet Daniel's Report #455)

    in Religion

PROPHECY HEADLINES: Islamic State takes over Christian town in Iraq | Israel prepared to extend 72-hour truce | Death toll in China quake rises to 615 | Russia retaliates with sanctions against U.S., EU, Canada | CDC raises Ebola virus to highest level alert

The Bible says in Matthew 24:26-27: "If they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not. For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be."

PROPHECY BOOTCAMP: "A Wondrous Age" from Dr. Tim LaHaye

Ever since the fall of Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden, humanity and creation have been under the judgment and ramifications of their original sin. The pollution of sin has affected all of humanity and all of creation. The apostle Paul reminds us of that which we experience daily when he declares in Romans 8:22, "For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now." However, during the 1,000-year millennial kingdom there will be a partial lifting of the curse and ramifications of original sin. There will still be death (for those who entered the millennium in their natural bodies), and the complete effects of the Fall will not be lifted until the creation of the new heaven and new earth in the eternal state after the millennium.

The coming literal kingdom of Christ to this earth will be the most blessed time this world has known since the Garden of Eden. In fact, many Edenic features will characterize it. All those who rebelled against God will be gone. Satan will be bound literally so he cannot tempt man, and Christ will enforce righteousness...

Breaking Prophecy News; The Millennial Kingdom: A Time of Faith (TPDR #456)

    in Religion

PROPHECY HEADLINES: US launches airstrikes against Islamic militants in Iraq | Gaza ceasefire ends; Hamas, Israel resume attacks | Russian bombers penetrate US airspace | ISIS begins taking territory in Lebanon | Earthquake shakes Hawaii

The Bible says in Mark 8:38: “Whosoever therefore shall be ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful generation; of him also shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he cometh in the glory of his Father with the holy angels.”

PROPHECY BOOTCAMP: "The Millennial Kingdom: A Time of Faith" from Dr. Tim LaHaye

The millennial kingdom will be a time of faith, when the majority of the population will become believers. We see that in several Bible passages. Christ will be in charge, so there won't be immoral or other forms of destructive TV programming available to blind men's minds to the gospel. Body-damaging substances will not be available, so people will not have their minds so fogged that they cannot fairly appraise the truths of Scripture. Satan will be bound so he should "deceive the nations no more." The university chairs of learning will not be dominated by atheists set on turning the minds of young people away from God. Instead, all education will start from the premise, "In the beginning GOD!" In such an academic climate, young people will be more open than ever to the claims of God and Christ on their lives. Even art forms will glorify Christ during the millennial kingdom. Jeremiah 31:31-34 indicates that everyone will be so acquainted with the gospel that no one will need to share it with his neighbor.

Breaking Prophecy News; The Coming Kingdom of Christ, Part 3 (TPDR #454)

    in Religion

PROPHECY HEADLINES: U.S. officials warn that Russia may invade Ukraine | Iran says it supplied Hamas with missile technology | 5.3 magnitude quake shakes South Africa | Troops deployed in Sierra Leone and Liberia amid Ebola panic | Israel assesses possible re-occupation of Gaza

The Bible says in Matthew 24:21-22: "Then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened."

PROPHECY BOOTCAMP: "The Coming Kingdom of Christ, Part 3" from Dr. Tim LaHaye

The kingdom our Lord will set up when He comes will be made up of three groups of people: (i) Jews who survive the Tribulation and accept Christ as their Messiah (and who still have their natural bodies); (2) Gentile believers who were good to the Jews (also alive in their natural bodies); and (3) the resurrected saints of all ages (who will have their resurrection bodies).

Except for Revelation 20, most of the New Testament passages on the kingdom have to do with the spiritual phase of the kingdom, which is often mentioned interchangeably with the church. Examine, for example, Matthew 16:16-19, where our Lord told Peter He would "build My church" on the rock of Peter's testimony that Christ was "the Son of the living God." ...
