By the Winner of two Readers’ Choice Awards from The House of Crime & Mystery...

      The Story
The hardworking men and women at the Port of Long Beach, California have no idea what’s waiting for them in the deep water. Tugboat Captain Ed Angelus discovers the horror first in a death match aboard the Lady Bulldog, a high-tech z-drive vessel. But when the Coast Guard and Homeland Security arrive on the scene, there’s no trace, and Ed is declared delusional and unfit for duty. A few months later Ed’s former crewmen dredge up something chilling from the depths of Alamitos Bay—something horrific and possibly paranormal. Soon, the truth turns into ugly lies by authorities unwittingly manipulated by a dirty bureaucrat masterminding the investigation. WHEN YOU ARE GOING THROUGH, KEEP YOUR EYES ON JESUS!

    in Relationships

We will be discussing how important it is to focus on the goodness of the Lord when we are facing difficulties in our relations with others. We have to continue to praise our way through our circumstances and believe with the measure of faith that God has given us all, that He is working things out for our good. Instead of focusing on each other, antagonizing each other, blaming each other, resenting one another, and causing more strife in our life, we need to go to God in supplication and praise, believing that He is the restorer, the deliverer, the rock of our salvation that we stand on in the midst of our storms. We have to learn how to keep our eyes to hills from whence comes our help and know that without Jesus we are doomed to continue to create a bigger mess than we have already in our lives.  Learning to operate in love means getting out of the way and allowing Jesus to fix it.

    John 3:17 MSG

“This is how much God loved the world: He gave His Son, His one and only Son. And this is why: so that no one need be destroyed; by believing in Him, anyone can have a whole and lasting life. God didn’t go to all the trouble of sending His Son merely to point an accusing finger, telling the world how bad it was. He came to help, to put the world right again. Anyone who trusts in Him is acquitted; anyone who refuses to trust Him has long since been under the death sentence without knowing it. And why? Because of that person’s failure to believe in the one-of-a-kind Son of God when introduced to Him.

Many women were raised not to approach a man. Some have no problem doing it. Is this appropriate for a Christian woman? If so, how do we let him know without being too forward? A Husband’s Final Farewell to an Amazing Lady

    in Christianity

Greetings to all God's people I pray continue blessings over your life and God's favor. I so deeply appreciate your prayers throughout the ministry. This is a special broadcast that I know will leave you speechless. My guest is Mike Hollinger

On June 20, 2014 Nitza Hollinger left her husband and two sons to forever be with the Lord.  Is this the outcome that she would have voluntarily chosen?  No!  Nitza had two wonderful boys who she desired to see as grown men, to enjoy the fruits of her labor in witnessing the success in each of their lives unfold.  As will be explained, there was a clear pivotal point that occurred as the Lord prepared Nitza to forever be with Him. As the Kirkus review made clear: “Hollinger writes of her experiences with intelligence, and her story is marked by clarity, humor, humility and gratitude.”  Nitza was very humble in the writing of her book.  Her desire was not to bring attention to herself; instead, she chose to focus on how God was continually with her throughout her difficult cancer journey.  At times, I would ask if she was planning to put key experiences of her life in the book, Nitza’s answer was:“No! I am only putting in the book what God wants me to!”

As her husband, I now choose to share with you, the reader, some of those experiences and life events that Nitza chose not to share, desiring that you may better know the amazing lady who I knew, a woman who was much loved by God, family and friends. Tell all your family and friends to join us May 26, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. EST. Come to be blessed while being a blessing.

Double Header Night: Tattoo & Parental Rights Termination Wahala!!!

    in Relationships

Whoop!!! We got 2 topics hence..... Double Header no pun intended!

    Lol....

    Topic 1

A lady asked, "It's my birthday next month and I really want to get a tattoo to celebrate myself but my husband says No! Should I still go ahead, after all it's my body?"

    Topic 2

My Ex terminated his parental rights to avoid paying for child support which I was fine with because I can and do take care of my daughter. He has always disappointed the poor girl, no visits, no hugs, no relationship with my child so why even bother? Out of the blues he messaged me that he had a terminal disease and would like to visit his daughter, I agreed. He cut the visit pretty short and I vowed not to let my child go through that pain ever again. Only for me to find not long ago that he had a family, was settled and doing well. I am very upset and bitter that he could not love his first child just because!!!

He will never see his child again! Am I wrong for now not wanting him to ever see his daughter again???

There you have it folks!!!! Join us at 8:30pm Tuesday lets swap tales!

    Btw.... I have a tattoo ??????

    in Spirituality

What it takes to make Step parenting work?

    in Romance

Tonight we are talking to Tola Onibanjo about Step-parenting and how she managed to successfully parent her children.  If you are dating and you or your partner have children this show will help you.

Tola Onigbanjo popularly known as ‘WiseTola’ is who one would call a woman of many hats. A mother of 5 & a grandmother, an author, radio presenter, host and also the founder of Women4Africa an organisation which seeks to ‘celebrate the ordinary woman doing extraordinary things’ which has also been dubbed as the largest gathering of African women in Europe. Despite her wearing many hats, she still finds time to put family first. Her passion for parenting is what led to her writing her very first ever book which is titled ‘STEPS – It’s Time To Quit Step-Parenting And Become A Parent’. The book as the title suggests is about step-parenting and deals with real life as Tola speaks from her own experiences and how she handled issues that are most likely to arise in such family relationships.
