Cilene Bosch was born in Brasil, moved to Los Angeles at 4. She moved to Nashville in 1995, where her daughter attended college.  She worked in travel and hospitality, until she worked as marketing manager for Media Play a Big Box multi-entertainment retailer with stores nationwide and handled 11 stores, overseeing marking and promotions. She worked with music labels to drive sales, organized in-store point of purchase displays and events in collaboration with a video company, offering independent artists consignment in a retail environment, featuring a video of artists, looped on a TV near the display of their product. The concept was put in stores in a nine-bank screen display, countrywide. Many indies performed in the stores. Cilene received the Music Woman to Watch Award from Music Woman in Nashville. She founded Women of Music Music of Women (WMMW) that presented concerts, networking, showcases, media, radio play, retail sales of music, when there was no Facebook or YouTube. By connecting with international organization her members received radio play, interviews, and were hightlighted in her monthly newsletter that featured industry experts. In June 2000, she Voice Records became the WMMW record label. With 11 chapters in U.S. cities and abroad, the launch party was hosted at Warner Brothers Headquarters on Music Row. Cilene was Honorary Committee member of Donne de Musica in Rome, Italy, and three WMMW artists participated in their jubilee. Due to her father’s illness, Cilene closed WMMW in 2004, but she remains interested in supporting women in music.

Join Dennis and I as we talk to a GREAT singer and songwriter along with MANY other talents also owning his own record label O Town Music Group!!!

Blending elements of neo- soul, old-time blues and folk, Lee has the guts of Ray LaMontagne and the soul of Marvin Gaye.

This guitar slinging aficionado has the street smarts of an urban swinger and the heart-bending soul of a gospel preacher, and is adept at blending a dark, bluesy Americana vibe with warm, acoustic soul where bits of old folk music and flamenco tunes swirl in and out of earshot.

Lee was born in Nashville and grew up in Florida where he captivated fans with his solo performances utilizing a looper and effects on his acoustic guitar. His High energy performances gained him notability.

Lee then formed a band in 2012 adding a horn and rhythm section to give his music more depth.

Lee self released his album ‘A Fiction,’ in the Summer of 2013. Being driven by Lee through his confessional lyrics, grandiose production values and virtuosic musical interplay, it lead Lee to go on to sign a record deal later that year. Lee is currently in the studio working on his debut studio album among several other side projects.

“Lee Tayler is producing material that is unlike any other singer songwriters – and consequently is beyond genre definition. Largely, it is one man and his faithful guitar – but with a voice like his, there really is no need for any other instrumentation. In truth it would only get in the way.”

Damo Interviews Ms' D'z and Dy-Verse Productions

    in Music

    Introducing Ms D'z

Ms.D'z aka Deezy was born on November 15, 1989 in Baltimore Maryland, where she started as an artist in her early teens. She first became a part of Charm City's rap scene in 2008 when she joined a local rap group called TRP (Trait Razor Productions) . The group quickly made a name for themselves by performing at many Baltimore hot spots like Sonar, Bourbon Street, The Belvedere, Fishhead Cantina - just to name a few, and opening up for stars like Tyga from YMCMB

In 2013 Ms.D'z left the group to explore her music career as a solo artist. Now in 2014, Ms.D'z has completely reinvented her brand and image by publicly coming out in her music with her sexuality and standing out with her many tattoos and piercings. She has an appealing look to men with keeping it sexy but also grabs the females attention with her style and charm. Even though she makes her sexuality clear through her music, the men can't help but listen because they either agree with what she's saying or because they are fascinated by her whole demeanor. She has a one of a kind delivery and her bars stand out on any track that she spits on. Deezy brings back the essence of Hip-Hop by rapping over beats that have an old school hip-hop feel to it, but she also keeps up with the current trends in today's music

Diana Kerekes The Take Action Life Coach Talks about Excuses-Self Sabatoge & SOS

    in Social Networking

Last week I talked about how to set goals.I gave specific guidelines. This week I want to talk about self sabatage and how people have it and don't even know it. They also can have a case of SOS(Shiny Object Syndrome) with it at the same time which makes it almost fatal to their online business success. They roam around aimlessly and wonder why they are failing in the home based business profession and why people don't take them seriously.

I see it all the time. They jump from one online business to another  to another like jack rabbits and they don't even have the courage to call you up to let you know they joined the next shiny object. The look like posers and don't even realize it.People look at them and call them wannabes. No one professional will ever take them serious. I am just calling it like I see it. Sad but true. They avoid you because they can't face what they have done. I just shake my head and wish them well.

What I don't understand is if that new deal was so great why couldn't you look at me or your last sponsor in the eye and tell them that? Was there a problem? On today's show I will be talking about ways to fix that if you are willing to do what it takes an stop making excuses.

Stay tune for this show it just might be the life support you need to salvage your business career online.

Politics Done Right - We must have open dialogue on difficult issues

    in Politics

This week I stepped into it big time. I made the following post on the Coffee Party USA Facebook page.

The reaction was mostly negative towards the post. I received threats by message and emails. What did I do wrong? I had the gall to call out Bill Maher using a nuanced and to some extent condescending tone to point how why his rigid stance on Muslims was neither correct or helpful. Since the person that killed the three students claimed he was an atheist I was trying to see if empathy would reign base on how some would attempt to vilify atheist for the act.

The reaction was to make no attempt to understand that I was on the side of most that were slamming me with expectation that there would be some introspection. Anyway, this is what we will discuss on Politics Done Right today.

What are your thoughts? Let’s  talk. I will also be following our hash-tag #PoliticsDoneRight on Twitter. Give me a call.
