I am fortunate enough to have read all of Kristen Strassel's amazing work...even some that hasn't been seen by public eyes as of yet. So it is with no hesitation at all I recommend this gifted author's books, Because the Night, Seasons in the Sun, and Night Moves to fellow lovers of urban fantasy. Thrills, chills, romance, and unique storylines with unforgettable characters is what Kristen creates. I can't wait to chat with her about what she has coming up next!
I write stories about vampires, rock stars, or vampire rock stars. Music has been a part of my soul since I spun records on my Bee Gees record player. Anne Rice introduced me to my first vampires and left me hungry for more. When I started writing The Night Songs collection, I realized how much rock stars and vampires had in common.
I share a birthday with Steven Tyler and Dianna Ross, and strive every day to be half as fabulous as they are. I'm lucky to have an awesome day job. I do makeup for film, TV, and commercials. When I'm not writing smut or making people beautiful, I can be found decorating my house, watching football, or pole dancing (badly). I'm also usually wearing at least one thing with leopard print.

The Total Tutor Neil Haley will interview Kristen Dreaper. She will discuss droppingkeys.net.
Dropping Keys is a community built on the belief that we all have not just the capacity, but the responsibility to help others on their journey. Sharing our own stories represents a milestone in our road to recovery, wholeness, or on our spiritual journey. It signifies that we have made progress and hold wisdom that can help others. We share to inspire others and to reassure ourselves that we have, in fact, experienced personal growth.
Whether you have struggled with mental illness, substance abuse, fostering, or adopting, your experiences and wisdom can serve others.

An Interview with Dr. Kristen Buras
By now, you are aware of the New Orleans education story that occurred after the Katrina Hurricane. What you probably don't know, are the facts as recorded by researchers on the impact of charter schools on a community of color. Dr. Kristen Buras h as written several books and articles on corporate education reform, a term that many researchers take offense to and have named it slave market reform.
NCEBC wants to welcome the full village to question, understand, and ask questions, about governance, educational policy, finances, resources and the basic democratic principles of equity, fairness and justice. It is important (if not vital) that we have conversations to continue to dispel the myth that black children are incapable of achieving high test scores, therefore public schools are incapable of providing quality education.
"We believe in accountability. We believe that data drives decision-making. We believe in research-based practices. These principles have been used for generations by high performing schools, principals and Superintendents; especially those working and succeeding in urban communities were poverty and race are the dominant elements. This conversation is about the politics, power, economics and restructuring of a public school system into a charter school system".
Diana Daniels, Executive Director, National Council on Educating Black Children
