Coach Cafe' is thrilled to rebroadcast our interview with Kristen Moeller, M.S. author of 'What Are You Waiting For? Learn How To Rise To The Occasion Of Your Life'!
After losing her dream home and all her worldly possessions to a raging and sudden wildfire that killed three people and demolished 21 homes, Kristen Moeller dove headfirst into an exploration of our cultural discomfort with grief, the existence of God, finding humor in the midst of tragedy – and what it means to be a human being with all our fabulousness as well as frailties.
Drawing on her two decades of training in psychology and personal growth as well as her own recovery from addiction in 1989, Kristen is a voice for the countless others who beg to be heard in their wild journey through this wacky world.
During her TEDx talks, stand-up comedy routines as well as appearances on local TV and newspapers, Kristen shares her hard-earned wisdom coupled with a spirited inquiry around the raw emotions we encounter when dealing with life’s ups and downs.
As part of her commitment to others finding their own path to freedom, Kristen founded the Chick-a-go Foundation (now the TransformationFoundation.org) which provides ‘pay-it-forward’ scholarships to transformational education programs.

Steve is joined by bestselling author Kristen Moeller for an entertaining and empowering conversation about life, motivation, and her book, " Waiting for Jack". Kristen is a coach, speaker, author, and radio show host. She delights in “disrupting the ordinary” and inspiring others to do the same.
The book, "Waiting for Jack", shares authentic personal stories and profound life lessons, Kristen explores our pervasive human tendency to wait for life and to look outside ourselves for answers.
Too often we are Waiting for Jack—whatever or whoever “Jack” is. So we don’t try; we give up. We sell out and we forget who we are. We are afraid to succeed, afraid to fail, and afraid to say we are afraid. But as Wayne Gretzky said, “You'll always miss one-hundred percent of the shots you don't take!”
Waiting for Jack will inspire you to get on the path, move forward and take the shot. And to remember that you don’t have to wait for Jack!

Listen in to this inspirational and enlightening interview with Kristen Moeller, author of Waiting for Jack. It will inspire you to get off the proverbial couch and stop waiting for whatever you think must happen before you start living the life you were born to live—fully and completely.
Kristen has written an unconventional yet life-affirming chronicle that is part memoir and part how-to guide that will inspire you to end the eternal search for something outside yourself, stop the endless waiting for answers from others for your stalled life, and finally--to live your best life by falling in love with your own humanity.
Plain and simple: Learn how to stop waiting for all the “jacks” in your life—whatever they are! Listen in to this reformed self-help junkie, and take charge!
Kristen has walked her talk. Her personal and powerful life transformation offers real-life instruction in how people caught in a “bottomless quest of self-help” can stop the waiting and hoping for direction from others and move forward to embrace their own life every day in a “fierce disruption of the ordinary.” Her life was wrought with challenges —just as most of us have. Hers included years filled with addictions from severe eating disorders, alcohol and drugs. Her life continued to evolve as she earned her master’s degree and resolved her co-dependency as a “self-help junkie.” Kristen now enjoys a very successful career as life coach, speaker and author, among other accomplishments.

My guest for 02/25/15 is Judy O'Beirn.
For the last 7 years Judy O'Beirn has been helping hundreds of authors become bestsellers in her role as president of Hasmark Services. More recently she has become an author and Creator of a book of short stories titled Unwavering Strength.
Judy decided to write the book when her husband, Gerry, became ill with cancer and ultimately passed away from the disease in 2012, to help her channel her grief. In the two previous years before she lost him, she lost her mother, two sister-in-laws, her dog, and her daughters’ best friend all to the disease, and a brother years before that.
Her goal with this book is to help others deal with loss in their lives.
Judy is excited about the release of Unwavering Strength Volume 2: Stories to Warm Your Heart and Soul. During the show we'll talk about the new book and I'll also play a beautiful and inspiring song called Gerry's Song during the show.

"The Mad Scientist of Sports" Nick Ficorelli returns. However, this is not the average everyday sports show he is bringing back to the air waves. "The Mad Scientist" has created his own personal sports lab, and you, the audience, as well as many of his special guests, will be his test subjects. He will throw theories out, and you never know where they will be coming from. He will keep everyone guessing, and he will open his lab to any and all comers. Be prepared for "mad science" of sports at its best.
This week, The Mad Scientist opens up the lab to a plethora of sporting events happening this weekend. The lineup is as follows - 10pm, Derek Helling from Outside Pitch MLB (@DHellingOPS) will be joining us for his weekly segment and will be previewing the American League Central. At 1030pm, our special guests will be Robert Cobb of The Inscriber (@TheInscriberMag) and Gary Davenport of Bleacher Report and Fantasy Sharks (@IDPManor) to talk about their beloved Cleveland Browns - the chaos of the offseason and how they can salvage it. At 11pm, Kate Moss of NASH FM 93.7 Wilkes-Barre (@KateMossRadio) and Kristen Schneider from Up Top The Pit Box (@KristenGoRawr) will be talking NASCAR and getting you ready for the Daytona 500. And at 1130pm, Matt Zemek (@SectionMZ) of The Student Section (@TheStudentSect) returns, but this time to talk College Basketball - can kentucky go undefeated, Bubble Watch, Sleepers for March, and more.
The beacons are lit, the experiments are set, and "The Mad Scientist's Sports Lab" is open for study!!!
This week we will be covering everything from Days of Our Lives, The Young and the Restless, The Bold and the Beautiful and General Hospital. This week the storylines just went up in flames in Genoa City with the #FlirtingWithDisaster storylines...a murder? a fire? roof colapse? airplane crash? It's like a hot mess for the citizens of Genoa City. Meanwhile, over in Port Charles, we find out that there is a chip in Jakeson's head, Luke is really Luke, but what's his real issue? Does he have D.I.D. this whole time? All this and more! Tune in!
Also, we will be covering the latest in hot topics at the end of the show!
Join me today as I have both Dr. Anne Redelf and Kristen Clark talkng about our worth an valure in God. How do we make it more than idea or a concept? How do we move it from our head to our heart, so that it is more than a belief, it is acutally a feeling! I think you will benefit greatly from these two women and what their life experiences have taught them them, and the healing from God they have received. It will be enjoyable, and extremely encouraging.
