This week’s story idea is:Grandfather Oak Tree
Inspired by The Melodies How High Can You Fly with The Melodies lesson: It's Time to Stretch!
CAN MEN WHO BEAT WOMEN AND DON'T SEE THEIR MULTIPLE KIDS REALLY SPEAK ON ANY ISSUE? IF YOU CAN'T PAY YOUR CHILD SUPPORT ARE YOU RLY FIT TO SPEAK PUBLICALLY, IF YOU'RE NOT FIT TO BE A PARENT AND ARE A CLEAR DANGER TO YOUR SQUANDERED ABANDONED CHILDREN?
Got into an interesting discussion the other day about autism and vaccines. It seems that other people think they have a right to make decisions with your children and whether they should be vaccinated or not. Is it Liberty when you decide how to raise your children and the choices you are making?
Changing lives every day of the week!
Parents are left out the Loop!
I can remember the day when I realized that my dad didn’t know everything. I was in elementary school and was tasked with a science experiment. Science is not my thing – never has been. I had chosen to test something with a potato and had no idea how to do it. I asked my father for help. He instructed me on what to do and I was all set.
Days passed and nothing happened with the potato. I brought it into school and saw that other students had theirs set up a bit differently and their potatoes were responding. Clearly we’d done something wrong. When the other kids pointed this out to me (in that oh so polite way of laughing at me), I felt embarrassed. How could my dad not know this? He knew everything!
It’s an odd moment when you realize your parents are not infallible, all-knowing, all-everything. And perhaps more so when it’s your dad. For me, dads are supposed to know how to do everything from tossing a football, to painting a room, to fixing a clogged toilet.
Being a sci-fi buff, I thing about technology a lot. I imagine how it will affect our lives, what will it mean for business, commerce, education, travel and yes watching your favorite sci-fi video episode. Well recently my eye was caught by a head line that read, “HP Launches Stream Mini and Pavilion Mini Affordable Compact PCs”. These computers are small, they can fit on the palm of your hand. I immediately sent a picture of the computer to my partner Carl Weiss with the subject line saying "that soon we will be able to make anything a smart devices". Carl wrote me back saying he’s got Topper wear bigger than this new PC. And this bring up the most important question. Just how small can functional computer go in the next five year? Peppermint box size? Match box size? Button size? In this article I will explore the ever shrinking personal computer, how they will be used and where they will take us. So strap yourself in and turn on "Honey I Shrunk the Kids", so that you and I can find the limits (if any) to the ever shrinking personal computer.

Today we're going to talk about letting our own light shine. How many of you are comfortable with where you are in life because you think that's all there is, or all you are capable of? How many of you have an inner struggle going on "knowing" this is not your truth, yet your ego says its so? This little light of mine, I'm gonna let it shine...such a sweet song I use to sing in Sunday school, and now the words seem so much more than a kids song...there is truth here...let's discover your light & LET IT SHINE!
This week we look to overcome technical issues and have as our guest Tenaya Hurst of Linino.org and Rogue Making.
Tenaya Hurst is a Maker. With a degree from Indiana University in theatre, geology, and anthropology, she is self taught in microcontroller programming. March 16th 2013 she found out what an Arduino is and now she works for them, promoting the new Linino hardware allowing you to use any programming language to control the hardware, wirelessly. Tenaya enjoys teaching kids how to program, solder, and sew with electronics. Her goal is to inspire kids everywhere to try electrical engineering. Learn more in the Intel MakeHer report, Make:43 in a tell-all article by Dale Dougherty, and www.RogueMaking.com.
Join us for a show that will look at what it takes to be a woman "making it" in the maker community, how the special energy of the maker community has had an impact on her management ideas, and why the DIY spirit of "makers" might just be critical for the future success of your IT projects.

BLACK EYED BEINGS and MEN IN BLACK
Judy Sellins and Dave Turco revisit the ominous Black Eyed Beings (including black eyed kids) with a possible link to Men In Black (MIB). Reports of Men in Black have been around for 50 years largely associated with UFOs and government intelligence organizations but more recently other "Black Beings" have become prominent in paranormal sightings and encounters.
There are Black Eyed Kids, Men and Women collectively referred to as Black Eyed Beings. But are they even beings? Have the MIBs been Black Eyed Beings all along? What are they? We will flesh out this disturbing topic with new information that just adds to the mystery of life on Earth.
We'll go over all the characteristics of Black Eyed Beings as well as riveting first hand accounts or these creatures. One thing is for sure, they aren't human!

& The Adventures of Sir Buddy and Mr. Pupples: The Rescue~
This is an engaging story for children to read or have read to them about a lost puppy. Hopefully, it will encourage young ones to think about the story when they come upon a stray dog or cat; and seek the guidance of an adult in helping to find it's family...or new home.
