Cowboys 90 Minute Monday: Dynasty, Dez (AGAIN), QBR and Jerrah World

    in Football

Are the dallas Cowboys building a dynasty like the had in the 1990's? They sure seem to have all the tools in the place. QB, RB (stil la question mark), OL, re-emerging D, great coaching, Will Tony be part of the next "America's Team"? Or will he finish his NFL career as the only Cowboys QB to be a 10 year plus starter and never win a ring? Dustin and I discuss.

Dez and his agent met with Cowboy's executives for the first time in months last week, which is a good sign right? ESPN's Adam Caplan reports that it is guranteed money still keeping the two apart. However, Dez has been making apperances at charioty events with teammates.......is this hold out smoke in mirrors?

Is QBR really a big deal? If you follow football it is. Tony Romo led the league by a landslide last season, leading a list that had Rodgers, Brees and Brady on it. What does QBR mean and why is it such and underrated stat?

Is AT&T stadium really a distraction? The elaborate palace known as "Jerry's World" has everything you can think of---100,000 seats, cat walks, a 60-yard video screen, giant glass windows.......but is it overkill? The Cowboys were 8-0 last season and only 4-4 and home, and have been better on the road ever since the stadium has been built.

Pt. 3: CUTV News Radio spotlights Bonnie Prebula of Astrology Consultant Service

    in Business

Honolulu, HI – There are no problems without solutions. The answers could be written in the stars!

Astrology, in its broadest sense, is the search for meaning in the sky. Bonnie Prebula is the founder of Astrology Consultant Service, where she interprets astrological forecasts to assist people in strategizing future decisions. As an international astrology consultant for over 35 years, Bonnie works with both individuals and businesses to reveal their strengths, warn them of their weaknesses and help them achieve their fullest potential.

“I like to be able to show what kind of potential this has and what kind of potential you have,” says Bonnie.

Bonnie has an uncanny ability to “see” what is in store for you and your business. According to Bonnie, a company’s inherent characteristics and how these characteristics interact with natal planets forecast a timeline for when they should begin certain business phases such as expanding or marketing.

“It helps to know what’s going on and how long it will go on and how to deal with it, says Bonnie.

Bonnie also serves as a consultant for businesses planning and a mentor for people in business using a combination of astrology and Mind-Science.

“One thing I do is I change a person’s thinking. The key is to find out what their belief system is and approach it from that direction,” says Bonnie. “I can tell what a person is creating for themselves by the way they speak. Often when they are implementing a business project and they keep saying ‘will, will, will.’ If we perceive of it as the future, we hold it out there. You have to bring it into the present"

    in Environment

219 GreenConnect host Kathy Sipple speaks with Raphael Sbarge. Sbarge stars on TNT’s hit series Murder in the First and recurs on ABC’s Once Upon a Time. He has also directed and produced a documentary about climate change, Is There Hope for Planet Earth.

On why he founded Green Wish:

The creators of the human races have not left us behind. Their agenda is to create the perfect beings within a biologically highly spiritual planet. They did not create us as a food source, but for a higher purpose. These are highly spiritual creators who have given humans an oversoul and an opportunity to connect with Source on many levels. There are, however, many other beings within the matrices of life and soul and their agenda is to suppress the human races and their soul awareness. This they do in many inhumane ways. When we have given up whether it is personally or globally they believe they are succeeding and continue to try to overtake the better part of who we are as evolving spiritual beings.

Black Gay L.A: A discussion with Brandon Anthony.

    in Lifestyle

A lot of gays from other cities view Los Angeles as a social mecca complete with upscale clubs, chic restaurants, and celebrity sightings on every corner. They also believe it to be a safe-haven for them to be out and open; living the life of a -mock- Kardashian while enjoyoing all the city has to offer. How true that is remains to be seen; especially for members of the Black gay community. Believe it or not, as large as Los Angeles is there are no bars dedicated to Black gays and only one club (that opens and closes at will). However, Brandon Anthony (The Socialite House) is doing his part to change all of that. He's young, sexy, hip, and one of my co-stars in the upcoming original series 'Cheetah in August'.

Tune in to hear how Brandon is reshaping the Los Angeles Black gay party scene with his special events and long awaited Generation X Black Pride Celebration. The events July 1st to July 5th agenda will have even the most skilled party goer worn completely out.

    Kevin Stabinsky,"Pearls Before Swine"

    in Books

I became interested in writing during my freshman year in college (fall 1998). I was deeply involved in playing Ancient Anguish, a text- based fantasy multi-user dimension (MUD) game. One of the perks of completing enough quests in the game was the opportunity to become a coder for the game.

The joy at seeing my creation come to life got me interested in the creative process, so I decided to pursue a degree in creative writing from Penn State University. I joined the Penn State Schuylkill Campus Collegiate staff, interned at PA Business Central and Voices of Central Pennsylvania, and became a summer correspondent for the Pottsville Republican.

In Dec. 2002, I graduated from Penn State University with a B.A., English, with an emphasis in nonfiction writing. Following graduation, I enlisted in the Army as a print journalist. During my roughly 6 years in the Army, I covered multiple story types (sports, hard news, features), earning several awards. My work has appeared in multiple newspapers worldwide to include Military.com (readership: 6,023,048); Stars and Stripes, Washington, DC (readership: 1,000,000); and the Associated Press, New York, NY. One of my stories, Girl Waits for Second Chance to See, made the front cover of Stars and Stripes.

My work in the Army garnered me numerous awards, including the 2007 U.S. Army Forces Command runner-up Journalist of the Year (one of the top 14 journalists Army wide), 2005 Installation Management Southwest Region Journalist of the Year (one of the top seven journalists Army-wide). Other individual Army awards include editor of the 2007 top Army field publication, second place in 2007 for story series, and second place in 2006 for feature articles.

I am also a graduate of the Christian Writers Guild and have had work published in devotionals such as Soul Journey.
