Keni Myles is a Indiana native who is giving up his backstage pass for his leading role. You’ve seen Keni Myles featured in “Two Can Play that Game” as just the mail boy lusting After Vivica A Fox, or in “Life” as one of the prisoners along side Eddie and Martin. Or maybe you’ve seen him as a background vocalist for Christina Aguilara, Avant, Omarion or Yolanda Adams. Truth is it doesn’t even matter, because Myles isn’t taking standing backstage anymore. His vocal skills won’t allow him. Keni Myles is changing positions, moving from the no-name benchwarmer to notorious MVP. Listen to my conversation with Keni where he discusses his new CD My Rhythm, My Blues and his musical career and hear his soulful sounds
For Keni Myles the secret is out and the word is starting to spread about his debut album, "Keni Myles, My Rhythm My Blues" it demonstrates his versatility vocally and lyrically. His voice is soulful and comes out crystal clear.

In life we must learn how to eliminate as much stress as possible, minimize problems, and handle or work through broken dreams. There is no such thing as a stress free, problem free happy all the time life. We must develop self-awareness and recognize that I am responsible for my own well-being. Often our stress, worry and anxiety start long before the holiday season begins. Let’s talk about what stress is, how we can identify it in ourselves, ways to reduce it.
Being born with hypoplastic left heart syndrome, or HLHS, over 2 decades ago meant a very uncertain future. Back then most of the children born with HLHS didn't survive. Only a handful made it to age 5 and naturally, as time went on more and more of our Survivors had hearts that began to fail or have problems requiring extra medications or pacemakers or extra surgeries -- some even needing heart transplants to survive. Today we have a handful of Survivors who have made it to their mid-twenties or beyond. Today's show features one such survivor.
Tune in to hear Myles Schweitzer share his advice and stories about how he seizes the day. As a 25-year-old HLHS Survivor, he is exceptional and I'm sure when you hear his story, you'll be inspired.

Life is a wonderful thing it bursting with energy. Everything has energy or a vibration even a rock or that cup you are holding moves. It moves so fast or slow that we cannot see it. Just like we can't see the speed of light with our naked eye. In chemistry class there was talk of atoms moving so fast or so slow we could see it. If life is filled with vibrations and energy we must use it for our good. Speak life in everyone and everything you see. The positive impact may bring such an imprint on others and yourself that it will reflect and become contagious. Love and gratefulness is the highest level of energy and vibration that can be expounded and the best part of it, it is free. Send thank you cards. Look at everyone with a smile. Share a gentle caring touch, a compliment. This maybe the only offering of love a person my get for the week. Even when it is raining thank the clouds. Mother earth could also use some exaltation of greatness. The birds, the plants, the bees. They all have a specific duty to you. Your house, car and clothes should be gratified. The universe is listening. It gives you shelter, brings you here and there, clothes you and keeps you warm. Your self, some people say it is arrogant to pat yourself on the back. But your mind body and soul got you to where you are today. All these parts should be put on a pedestal. Even if there are short comings, maintain the thought of beauty for self.

"A mentor empowers a person to see a possible future, and believe it can be obtained" Shawn Hitchcock. Mentors have so much to offer you through spirituality, carer, business, social and personal perspectives. They can help guide, support, inspire and advise you. Mentors make you dream. A mentor will challenge you and is not afraid to tell if you are falling off course. They have a wealth of experience in the realm you chose them for, such as being a better husband, wife, musician, entrepreneur, mother, father student or author... They offer a different outlook on the same subect or task. They are also in agreement with your point of view and can bring you to a higher level. They are a resource, a giver, and a confidant.

As a member of Bravo Company of the 3rd Ranger Battalion Sgt Keni Thomas was deployed to Mogadishu Somalia as part of a special operations package called Tasked Force Ranger. Their mission was to find and capture a criminal warlord named Mohammed Farrah Aideed. Outnumbered 10 to 1, the men of TFR distinguished themselves in an 18-hour fire fight that would be later recounted in the highly successful book and movie Blackhawk Down. 19 Americans died and 78 were wounded.
