Jesse interviews Judith Diana Winston – a visionary photo-artist, writer, life mentor. She has worked in the film industry as an actress, script supervisor, fashion photographer. Diana authored “Meditative Magic – The Pleiadean Glyphs”, and also “The Keeper of the Diary”. She combines her spiritual quest with her abilities as an artist and communicator; focused on understanding mankind’s origin and destiny; which led to almost ten years visiting, photographing and learning about many of the earth’s ancient megalithic sacred sites. Diana's travels also drew her to research archeological texts, mythology, and channeled material related to these places. She considers herself a Mystic and believes that the entire planet is going through a dimensional shift; with a purpose to change and elevate consciousness and to work toward healing. Diana points out that as we vibrate at a higher frequency it forces us to face our deepest fears as well as offering opportunities to realize personal and collective dreams. We will be looking at her work with “The Keeper of the Diary”. You can learn more about Diana’s work at: www.thekeeperofthediarybook.com

Kimberlé Crenshaw is the creator of, and the nation's pre-eminent legal scholar on, Critical Race Theory. As co-founder of the African American Policy Forum, she also has focused national attention on the role of gender in the struggle for racial justice.
On this episode of Know-It-All: The ABCs of Education, Professor Crenshaw will talk us through the gender dynamics of My Brother's Keeper. On February 27, President Obama stood for and with some of this country's most undervalued and marginalized assets - boys and men of color - to create My Brother's Keeper. This initiative is a partnership between the federal government and private entities in support of boys and young men of color. We'll talk with Professor Crenshaw about what this means for women and girls of color and how we should all use this opportunity to advance as a community united.
I think that many of us tend to forget how we arrived at where-ever we are today. We love to talk about how hard we worked and struggled and rarely give credit to those who were instrumental in our achievement. And make no mistake; we are all a product of individual instances, circumstances and events, as well as the people who shaped them.
Most of us, if we take time to think about it, can point at someone who said something that moved us and we can think of someone who did something that inspired us and we can think of someone who was there for us when we needed them most. Someone, at some point, gave us something that helped make us who we are today; rather it was their time, their advice, their wisdom, the money we needed, the transportation we needed, the physical or moral support we needed or even just an ear... We are not just who we are; but a sum of all the people, places and things that we have witnessed and experienced, rather good or bad.
Who and what has shaped your life? Are you willing to give credit where credit is due? Who and what has been a detriment to your life? And where would you be or who would you be, if not for these people, places and events?
Each of us grow and achieve at a rate that is influenced by the rate that others grow and achieve. And each of us is reliant on the other in ways we rarely consider. We need each other, rather we like to admit it or not and we inspire each other to either succeed or fail. Rather we choose to be our Brother's Keeper or not is the key to where we go from here. Let's talk about it...

Prosperity Sunday arrives once we take to heart we are our brothers keeper. There is a stigma in being one who is needy in America today. The many causes of being needy mostly are unavoidable to the persons in need. Coming to the aid of our brothers has always been a requirement that most believers have willingly met. That time is in the far past and that time could be what is holding back successes for Amerians today. We are living in times where politics are in control of the money and we the people. Let us be reminded of Sunday, the day most America is at worship?
In the Show Me state this week, the question, Am I My Brother’s Keeper takes us to the suburban St Louis, MO community of Ferguson, and Big Data's potential for producing chaos. Business as usual in the national media has been to raise the race card, carving a social justice angle out of a national security issue. Should the President of the United States give a speech about racism? The President has given the speech, signed a memo defining a threat to our national security and outlined a plan. We have not taken it serious enough.
By now, you've seen the news. On Saturday, August 9th, 28 year-old Darren Wilson, a six year veteran police officer shot and killed Michael Brown, an unarmed teenager. Was there a credible threat to justify deadly force? Did Big Data play a role in qualifying the officer's action? Is there a need for new data driving life-threatening decisions by armed Americans?
If you have read the report to The President of the United States, we’d like to hear your thoughts on My Brother’s Keeper.
