    Rayna Kingston is a resident of South Carolina. She lives with her daughter, sister, and their cats. She has been writing poetry and lyrics for over 20 years. A graduate student at Ashford University, she is obtaining her Master’s in Education focusing on English Language Learners, Special Education, and Culturally Responsive Learning. She has one published poem about her daughter.


    Helena Lancaster is a native of South Carolina, where she still lives with her sisters and their cats. She has been writing since she was a child, and poetry became a major focus of her writing in her teenage years. She is currently a student at Southern New Hampshire University working on completing a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English and Creative Writing. She’s published one poetry anthology with a second due later this year.

    KEYBOARDIST BRIAN SIMPSON

    Simpson’s latest masterwork is the perfect amalgamation of music that is close to his heart – Jazz, R&B, Funk and Soul. Out Of A Dream (Released February 17, 2015) is Simpson’s sixth album as a leader and third recording for Shanachie Entertainment. “When I first embarked on making this album, I was at a point where I felt I had to take my music to a different place,” explains Simpson who enlists nine different co-composers on the album that keep the sound ever-evolving and fresh. “By collaborating with other composers I was able to explore different styles of writing while still maintaining my own vibe.” Out Of A Dream unites Brian Simpson with an all-star cast including saxophonists Najee, Dave Koz and Grace Kelly, guitarists Marc Antoine and Norman Brown, singer Maysa and trumpeter Maurice Brown, Jonathan Fritzen, among others.

    John Crow was born in Detroit Mi. he is a blend of Native American and Kentucky Hillbilly. He has been involved with performance poetry for the past 15 years. As the founding Slam-master of Killeen Poetry Slam, he has also coached, performed and organized teams that have been in the top two rankings at The National Poetry Slam. “ Just because I’m the slam master of Killeen TX doesn’t mean I’m the best poet, it just means I’m the best poet with a plan.” Killeen as a unique one liner style of poetry that they do for fun. Crow is the Arch Bishop of One line poetry. It's kinda like Haiku but there just isn't the 17 syllable restriction. " I have been writing Haiku for awhile, I am always in awe of the poets who can inspire feeling in as few words as possible" Crow is a sound engineer and recognized as one of the top media relations professionals in the Army. "I have used my talents to help as many people as I can, I still enjoy mastering projects but I rarely have time for it." At 48 John Crow retired from being Slam-master of Killeen. " It's about time, poetry is changing plus I want to start touring."

    Author and king of gore, Terry is the author of  Servant of The Red Quill, All of The Flesh Served, The Rose Man, Dreg, most recently The Night is Long and Cold and Deep, and much more. Not only an author, Terry M. West is a filmaker and has earned acting credits in several films including Joseph M. Monk's The Bunker and The Blood Shed. Broadbased with his writing, Terry expands his work into graphic novels in the Young Adult category with his series Confessions of a Teenage Vampire. A finalist in the 1997 International Horror Guild Award for his short story The Night Out and having made the 1999 Bram Stoker Award preliminary ballot for Hair and Blood Machine, Terry has been all over the scare scene for decades now appearing in FrightNet, Scream Factory, House of Pain, Dark Muse, One Hellacious Halloween, etc., etc.  Terry M.     Emmy Award-winning journalist, historian, publisher, and producer, Dr. Janus Adams is the author of eleven books and founder of BackPaxKids.com—the online magazine and community for “’adventurous young minds’ across the Diaspora. An award-winning journalist, her talk shows on radio and TV aired for ten years. Writing more than 500 articles, her syndicat- ed column ran for sixteen years. She currently contributes commentary to the Huffington Post, NPR, and other media outlets.    Engaged by history since childhood, at 8 she was among the four children selected to break New York’s de facto segregated “neighborhood school plan” in the wake of the historic Brown v. Board of Education decision.    A classically-trained pianist, she is a graduate New York’s High School of Performing Arts. Her master’s is the nation’s first graduate degree in Black Studies. Her doctoral chair was author/composer Shirley Graham DuBois, widow of Dr. W.E.B. DuBois, cofounder of the NAACP.  The mother of twin daughters, Adams launched her publishing career when negative images of race and gender began to taint their lives.     Samantha Newark, Voice of Jem from "Jem and the Holograms"

    SAMANTHA is best known for her beloved voice-over work as the speaking voices of "Jem" and "Jerrica" on the wildly popular cartoon series "Jem and the holograms".
     


    Samantha just landed a truly outrageous cameo for the live action feature film version on Jem and the holograms directed by Jon Chu; and starring "Aubrey Peeples" as "Jem". cast also includes "Molly Ringwald" and "Juliette Lewis".

    As a teenager, Sam became one of the most sought-after voice-over talents in mainstream television. Her work on "Jem"
    and voice-over roles on the original "Transformers" cartoon as the voices of "Ariel" the Pink Robot and the annoying school girl "Elise Presser" and the voice of the Zamojin Empress thrust her into a type of international fame that has produced a serious cult following that persists to this day.
