The Philadelphia 76ers will pick third, the Los Angeles Lakers second. Is it time to do away with the current lottery system that encourages weak teams to "tank" for higher picks? The Houston Rockets had a great run of games to make it to the Western Conference Finals and have already played game one against the Golden State Warriors. The Cleveland Cavaliers and Atlanta Hawks will start things in the Eastern Conference Finals tonight.
