Interview: Logan Welch and Laney Orr R.J. Reynolds HS Baseball Players

    in Baseball

    LOGAN WELCH—SENIOR—4 YR LETTERMAN—UNC COMMIT

2014 All-State and 2-time All-Conference selection, Welch is the ACE of the talented Demon

pitching staff. Welch heads into the 2015 season with tremendous opportunities. “Logan has

a chance to set every RJR pitching record covering the last 2 decades... but “those are just

numbers...Logan says he wants a state championship ring for the 2015 Demons!” To get that

ring, Welch(10-0 in 2014, 97 strikeouts and 1.58 ERA) must lead the Demons with dominating

pitching and a highly productive bat at the plate. Welch, along with the others Demon seniors,

must lead Coach Welch’s squad as a unit if they are to capture the first state title in RJR

    baseball history.

    LANEY ORR—JUNIOR—3 YR LETTERMAN—UNC COMMIT

Coach Welch hopes 2015 is a breakout year for Orr. “Laney is a freak athlete with unlimited

and defensive skills that put him into a category with only a few high school players. The

Demons need Orr 100% healthy to truly make a run at the 4A state title

THE CORINTHIAN CHURCH: THE FOUNDATION THAT UNIFIES

    in The Bible

As we continue our study of the books of First and Second Corinthians, let's not forget the context of Paul's letters to them. There were allot of moral, ethical and even leadership issues that challenged the church's continued survival. This church was established in the port-city of Corinth, making it a very wealthy commercial center throughout the region of the Mediterranean. As a result of their geographic location, Corinth became a very important commercial city, with many immoral distractions.  The vice industry arose within Corinth. Vices such as prostitution, political corruption, alcoholism and the breakdown of the family unit led to the creation of a city that was noted for everything sinful.

This evening we will be addressing moral disorders in the Church, as noted i 1 Corinthians 5:1 through 6:20.

Party Down In Redneck Town With JT Hollis and ITNS Radio!!!

    in Music

JT Hollis - Lead Singer: A U.S. Army combat veteran, now following his dream. JT has been singing since he was a child, and all through life. While stationed in Germany, he was the lead singer of his unit's rock band, but never had the chance to play out, as two of his bandmates transfered before the first show.

,,,Proudly joined and served in the US Army a total of 8 years, his time in the military included serving on the front lines during Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm, with the 3rd Inf. Div. During his time in Germany (87-91), JT was the lead singer of a unit rock band, but the band was disbanded with the closing of his unit after the war. Music was put on the back burner, and the concentration went to his family, and raising his children.

...Several years ago, the fire and passion of singing/songwriting returned with a vengence, and he was back at it again. Over the years, he has reached several milestones, such as 2 time Regional Finalist for the Colgate Country Showdown, Regional Finalist for the National Bowling Karaoke Challenge. His song "Me and You, And the Red, White and Blue" reached #2 on the Independent Music Network Country Charts, as well as won the Michigan Vet Fest Theme Song Contest, which put him onstage in Dearborn Heights, Michigan. He was also the opening act for the Peru AMVETS Open House in Peru, Indiana. "Keep Pushing On", a memorial song for his nephew, reached #4 on Independent Music Network Charts also.
