    Eric Ganison was born in the small town of Greenville, MS. He moved to Dallas in 1991 where his creative ambitions began in performing arts. After graduating from high school, Eric Ganison began working for John Roberts Powers Modeling School as a model instructor for three years. His agency experience grew after working for Barbizon Modeling School and DMG Dallas Model Group as a booking agent for several years. he left the agency to began his own fashion and promotion institute for 5 years. Once retiring from his agency in 2000, Eric Ganison began finding more of a interest being behind the camera. He then set out to study the lighting, visualization, composition, and how to interact with his surroundings. Along with great deal of training, photography became his inspiration. In 2003 Eric Ganison worked as an in-house photographer with Fossil Inc. for 6 years. He began shooting product and fashion for clients such as Fossil, Michael Kors, Dyme Wear Collection, Raymond Mens Wear, Katera Collection, and Basic Magazine. In 2007 Eric Ganison became the Leader Photographer for KRAVE Magazine. Where he has shoot several outstanding covers and clients such as SKIP CHEATHAM for K104, Actor Darrin Henson, Dallas Mavericks Player Shawn Marion, Award Winning Singing Artist Tonex. Other celebrities like Dallas Cowboy Player Chad Hennings, Denver Nuggets Player Kenyon Martin, and Atlanta Falcons Player Michael Turner. In 2014 Eric Ganison kicked off his new Men's Underwear and Swimwear line named "APEEL COLLECTION"  APEEL Collection is a American company specializing its focus on underwear, swimwear and accessories for men. He continued working In radio and television while earning his bachelors in Journalism At the University of Oklahoma. After he graduated he was hired At K104 radio as sports director. He can be heard every morning As part of the “Skip Cheatham & Da Playground.” show. His remarkable 27year stint at K104 is the longest uninterrupted weekday tenure of any radio sports figure in Texas history. Chris has also hosted his own highly rated sports talk show from 1995 -1999 on Sports radio 1310 “The Ticket”.

    Since 1996, Chris has been an integral part of the NBA’s Dallas Mavericks broadcast team, serving as the Mavs courtside reporter On television to his current role as host of the in-arena broadcasts. In addition to his Mavericks duties, his television experience included Working as a sports reporter at WFAA TV in Dallas. Chris’ work Garnered a regional sports Emmy. Prior to WFAA, he wrote, produced, and hosted “On The Beam” a syndicated black entertainment televison show that was seen by more than 20 million Households in 46 cities across the United States, Japan, the Caribbean, and in 17 countries in Africa.
