SORT BY Relevancy
The shooting of Michael Brow by Ferguson Police Officer Darren Wilson this past August has caused many residents of that community and people nationwide to rally to bring attention to police brutality. Many people have taken action to let the Ferguson police force, the state of Missouri and the country know how they feel about the event, some peacefully and some not so peacefully. With the Grand Jury verdict still pending and the National Guard already deployed and on alert, tensions are high. Earlier, a Minister by the name of Johnathan Gentry made headlines when his video went viral. He had a great deal to say about African American personal responsibility. Tonight, we revisit Minister Gentry’s call to see how relevant the message was and how it lines up with the Gospel of Repentance thru Jesus Christ. Enjoy the encore!

A town on hold waiting for the grand jury decision on the Michael Brown shooting. The nation is divided as race takes center stage.
Rev Pinkney said: he could not believe this all-white jury would convict him with no witnesses against him and absolutely no evidence against him, but the all white jury found a wayThis is about more than an all white jury. They the jury attacked my class. I am not wealthy and everybody in Benton Harbor are now in jeopardy. We must fix this system. There were not one person from Benton Harbor or Benton Township on the jury. We must say no more. the whites are still hanging nooses and burning crosses in Benton Harbor, Michigan. The new Mississsippi.
Well, we heard it, have it, Barack Obama’s “comprehensive immigration reform”.
Did you hear the speech or read the transcript?
Speaking of “script”, did he actually make an inference to Holy Scripture? Well, he never claimed to have any sense of shame in what he furthers and represents.
So, according to Mr. Obama, almost 5 million illegal immigrants, who have not committed any crimes, can stay here, provided they meet certain criteria?
But, isn’t the fact that they are here illegally, a crime?
Yet, the question for those who oppose this Executive Order, lingers; what is to be done about the millions of others, who are here illegally?
Does the country have the resources to appropriately deport them? Even if possible, do conservatives even have the will to do so?
What impact will this have on black Americans (not that I expected Mr. Obama to even consider such)?
Either way, the controversy is far from over, as the GOP promises action, to what is perceived to unconstitutional.
At this writing, there has been no grand jury decision regarding officer Darren Wilson, but if there is, we will certainly discuss the Ferguson / Michael Brown incident and aftermath, as well.
We want to review these points and more, this Saturday, November 22nd , on Critical Discourse
Michael Brown, an unarmed black teen, was shot and killed by police in Ferguson, Missouri.
FBI Warns Ferguson Decision ‘Will Likely’ Lead to Violence By Extremists Protesters.
As the nation waits to hear whether a Missouri police officer will face charges for killing unarmed teenager Michael Brown in Ferguson, Mo., the FBI is warning law enforcement agencies across the country that the decision “will likely” lead some extremist protesters to threaten and even attack police officers or federal agents.
What's Happened in Ferguson, Missouri, Since Michael Brown's Death: A Timeline
Peaceful protesters could be caught in the middle, and electrical facilities or water treatment plants could also become targets. In addition, so-called “hacktivists” like the group “Anonymous” could try to launch cyber-attacks against authorities.
“The announcement of the grand jury’s decision … will likely be exploited by some individuals to justify threats and attacks against law enforcement and critical infrastructure,” the FBI says in an intelligence bulletin issued in recent days. “This also poses a threat to those civilians engaged in lawful or otherwise constitutionally protected activities.”
Missouri Governor Jay Nixon has declared a State of Emergency for the Ferguson, MO area ahead of the Mike Brown grand jury decision. Many are speculating that means Officer Darren Wilson will not be indicted, which may cause civil unrest in the streets of Ferguson and surrounding areas. We will air LIVE the night of the announcement.

Immigration, Ferguson, Obamacare, Climate Change.
Think of these as the four horsemen of the Obama orchestrated American apocalypse.
Actually, there are other avenues of attack taken by Obama in his quest to fundamentally transform America, but the big four are stand-outs.
Thanks to Jonathan Gruber, more Americans now understand the promises of Obamacare were too good to be true, they were lies from the start.
Don's assessment after more than a week of Gruber videos going public: "We have an illegitimate government that has engaged in a breach of the social contract by committing premeditated fraud."
But Obamacare's not the only plank in Obama's agenda built on lies. HIs immigration and climate change goals are also deceptive to their core. And his ongoing efforts to expand and exploit racial divide provides, in some sense, distraction, while at the same time weakens and distorts our constitutional justice system.
At this writing, TV broadcast networks balk at the idea of carrying Obama's Thursday night immigration address. Maybe MSM now seeks to begin distancing from the Obama beast it helped to create. Maybe MSM thinks if Obama's trashing of constitutional bounds isn't live on TV, the sheeple won't see what he's doing as important.
Of all the Obama prime time addresses, this is the one where he's taking his role as president farthest from its constitutonal limits. He is, in effect, changing the nature of American government. If you wanted fundamental transformation, this is it.
What's happening now is unprecidented in the history of America. Join us Friday (or for the replay that follows) as we continue to connect the dots in these perilous times.
Segment 1 of today's show will consider whether, consistent with the First Amendment and Virginia v. Black, conviction of threatening another person under 18 U.S.C. § 875(c) requires proof of the defendant's subjective intent to threaten, as required by the Ninth Circuit and the supreme courts of Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Vermont; or whether it is enough to show that a “reasonable person” would regard the statement as threatening, as held by other federal courts of appeals and state courts of last resort; and (2) whether, as a matter of statutory interpretation, conviction of threatening another person under 18 U.S.C. § 875(c) requires proof of the defendant's subjective intent to threaten.
Segment 2 of today's show will look at the preliminary declaration of a state of emergency declared in Ferguson, Missouri at the wait of the grand jury's indictment. For several months peaceful protestors have had their First Amendment right trampled over due to the harsh criticism of local, state and federal government.
Segment 3 of today's show will focus on the intersection of the First Amendment
freedom of speech rights and the government’s ability to regulate, and in some situations ban
lawyer advertising. Restrictions are typically enforced through the individual state agencies,
commonly referred to as the State Bar.
Segment 4 of today's show will determine if some tactics protected under the First Amendment are acts of voter intimidation or exercise of free speech.
